The data & analytics it provided us was second to none & is extremely intuitive to use. We were able to see a huge uptick in sales performance by giving visibility to our team on "what a great day in sales" looks like. Through the competition function we run engaging compeitions within the sales team that everyone loves. The Alysio team are very engaging & always avaialble for feedback and are quick to make any product updates. Also their onboarding process was so easy. **What do you dislike about Alysio?** Hard to say, we have only had a positive experience. **What problems is Alysio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves some of our visibility issues where our sales team previously couldn't get granular on what they needed to achieve each day let alone on a monthly or quarterly basis. It also allows our ELT to vizulaize company performance via activity etc. ### 2. The "Good Day" tracking concept is great to have and allows me to feel good about what I've accomplished when I finish up my day. Very easy to implement/integrate and syncs right up to SalesForce **What do you dislike about Alysio?** Not much to say here. I guess the one thing that's lacking is the coaching platform (although it sounds like that's a focus in the near future) **What problems is Alysio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistent metric tracking all in one place is helping to eliminate the amount of dashboards I check on a daily basis. Everything I need is piped right into Alysio. The gamification aspect is also fun as it creates a fun points oriented competition between teammates. ### 3. If there ever is a tough day where I do not get a set or a demo held, I can still rest easy knowing I put in good work **What do you dislike about Alysio?** The integration for Hubspot has gotten a lot better can still be a little spotty. For example, we sequence using Apollo, not Hubspot, so we need to track that metric manually **What problems is Alysio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Motivation to put in consistent daily efforts. I personally have never struggled with this, but as we scale it can be hard to keep track of every memebr of the team. This is great for newer BDR's who do not know if what they are doing is working. If you put in the effort, you will have success ### 4. Using Alysio helped us improve our prospecting efforts and got the team more engaged. **What do you dislike about Alysio?** There are some features that can be abiguous without explanation from the Alysio team themselves. **What problems is Alysio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our sales team was struggling to keep activity up, and to efficiently use our CRM system. By adding Alysio, we created a competitive atmosphere that re-engaged the team, and increased daily activity. Which in turn improved the whole team's usage and familiarity of the CRM. ### 7. Little to no real training required on implementing the tool across the sales org. I love how it aligns leaders and team members on what is/are truly value adding activities and which of those are most important. Incredible customer service and white glove approach from the Alysio team as well. **What do you dislike about Alysio?** The only thing I dislike is that I had to wait until now, 5 years into starting the business, to have it! **What problems is Alysio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had issues really getting our sales team to focus and realizing what activities are most important to the business. Alysio has solved that with the gamification/weighted points system. I also love how binary or black and white it makes sales performance as well. If you are getting your 10 points a day, then there really is no reason that sales person shouldn't be delivering for your organization (assuming you set the points up well). ### 14. We can just be reactive in our business since it's within the hospitality industry.
