From the recruiter's perspective: Easy to set up and use. Defining a role fit is easy yet extensive. The ranking of candidates is visual and simple. The assessment areas give a broad picture of the profile.

Reliability and consitency of test-results is low. Unfortunately i have had the experience many times, that the same candidate has very different scores. This does not only make the user experience worse but also the candidate experience.

There are no clear disadvantages or anything that we are dissatisfied with. In the beginning, it wasn't completely intuitive to navigate all aspects of the portal. The simplicity is great but also a little deceiving -general capabilities tests and personality tests may be easy to understand but the interaction with candidates is still very important and there is a need for guidance also for very experienced recruitment professionals.
