What do you like best about Altvia?

The team at altvia does a great job of case resolution and staying on top of our requests. They are prompt and use their wide knowledge base to come up with solutions and teach our end users. What do you like best about Altvia?

Altvia is an extremely user friendly product. Everyone in our organization is very quick to learn it and always comments on the ease of use and accessibility of the product. We encourage our staff to use it daily so that the quality of the information is always kept up to date. The senior leadership team really enjoys the dashboard and the clear data viasualizations that Altvia provides.

An equally important best and most helpful part about Altvia are its people. The level of customer service that you receive is unparalleled to other vendors we have worked with in the space. They are extremenly helpful, attentive and strategic problem solvers whenever any issue comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Altvia?

There is not much that we dislike about Altvia. We just want it to solve all of our problems so that we do not have to use any other product or have to rely on any integrations. Currently we are looking for a solution to help us with impact measurement & management (IMM) and we are hoping to be able to achieve that within Altvia's native product. What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Altvia as our main CRM and single source of truth for the following: Accounts (a database of field partners); Interactions (a record of our engagement with external partners and Deals (all the investment opportunities we review). We create a variety of reports and visualizations off of the data stored in Altvia to see where in the investment process our various deals are and to easily pull up investment deals that are currently in our pipeline or watchlist. This is then used to make multi million dollar investment decisions.

All of our interaction history is stored in Altvia as well so that we can easily keep track of our primary investment contacts, when we have meetings with them and who in the organization is actively working on what deal flows. The leadership team uses Altvia to regularly report out to its investment committee, advisory board and other external partners and media publications on the large scale impact investments that we make. What do you like best about Altvia?

Customer service. The entire support team is wonderful but specifically Nicholas Petraglia who I have been working with for about two years since joining my firm. He truly goes above and beyond to not only complete or assist me with tasks but help train me or direct me to where I can learn more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Altvia?

There are some limitations such as campaigns, LP community just being a report, and mass mailing metrics/can't send pdfs to large groups/clunky mass mailing system that leads to human error/etc. coming at an additional cost. What problems is Altvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

AltVia helps us keep track of our fundraising efforts with histories of who we spoke to and why, reasons we passed on a potential investor, managing our deal flow database, storing investor/portco/etc. info (like contact info), creating dashboards to keep us organized, creating dashboards and reports to show fundraising progress, and sending out deliverables/event invites. What do you like best about Altvia?

What I find most helpful while using Altvia is having important information in one place. It gives us both a high-level view, giving us the pertinent information that we need, while also giving us the ability to dive in deeper with even more detailed information. When entering data, it is cumbersome at times when having to repeat the same data and entering it more than once. It would be amazing if it would auto-populate a name that we have already entered and remember the information that pertains to that specific individual or company. What do you like best about Altvia?

What do you like best about Altvia?

The Altiva team is exceptional. They displayed incredible patience helping us work through the initial implementation. They were and continue to be highly responsive to our training and support needs. Their product team listened to features and enhancement that would he us increase adoption of their platform.
