Altvia is an extremely user friendly product. Everyone in our organization is very quick to learn it and always comments on the ease of use and accessibility of the product. We encourage our staff to use it daily so that the quality of the information is always kept up to date. The senior leadership team really enjoys the dashboard and the clear data viasualizations that Altvia provides.
An equally important best and most helpful part about Altvia are its people. The level of customer service that you receive is unparalleled to other vendors we have worked with in the space. There is not much that we dislike about Altvia. We just want it to solve all of our problems so that we do not have to use any other product or have to rely on any integrations. Currently we are looking for a solution to help us with impact measurement & management (IMM) and we are hoping to be able to achieve that within Altvia's native product. Customer service. The entire support team is wonderful but specifically Nicholas Petraglia who I have been working with for about two years since joining my firm. There are some limitations such as campaigns, LP community just being a report, and mass mailing metrics/can't send pdfs to large groups/clunky mass mailing system that leads to human error/etc. coming at an additional cost. What I find most helpful while using Altvia is having important information in one place. It gives us both a high-level view, giving us the pertinent information that we need, while also giving us the ability to dive in deeper with even more detailed information. When entering data, it is cumbersome at times when having to repeat the same data and entering it more than once. It would be amazing if it would auto-populate a name that we have already entered and remember the information that pertains to that specific individual or company. The Altiva team is exceptional. They displayed incredible patience helping us work through the initial implementation. They were and continue to be highly responsive to our training and support needs. Their product team listened to features and enhancement that would he us increase adoption of their platform. This is not a "dislike" but as we move to greater use of the platforms BI tool, we will need much hand holding and training as we get used to moving from Excel for analytics to their new platform. I'm condfident the Altvia team will be responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team at altvia does a great job of case resolution and staying on top of our requests. They are prompt and use their wide knowledge base to come up with solutions and teach our end users.
