**What do you like best about ARGUS EstateMaster?**

I have found the product and support to be superb.
Comprehensive and takes into account many of the variables found in project development.
Simple to import data from Excel or alternative program.
Superb customer service, even remote control through Skype to fix issues.
Very dynamic to changing market.  Has all the variables needed to keep your analytics up to current trends.



**What do you dislike about ARGUS EstateMaster?**

It doesn't do anything that you can't set up on Excel, if you have the Excel skills.
Steep learning curve - you will have to contact support several times during setup and user training.
Price.  I know it is the industry standards but there are similar products for less. 


**Recommendations to others considering ARGUS EstateMaster:**

Read, read and re-read the manuals before and open a ticket with support when you start.

**What problems is ARGUS EstateMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obtaining accurate appraisals for future development projects, tracking projects, schedule resources and send notices.

**What do you like best about ARGUS EstateMaster?**

I love that this product is easy to use and allows me to easily find land values for acquisition as well as valuation purposes.  

**What do you dislike about ARGUS EstateMaster?**

I think the program could expand to allow features for the normal citizen, looking to expand property. 

**Recommendations to others considering ARGUS EstateMaster:**

I think you could make a version for non-professionals, so many people are DIY and flipping right now, you could have a lower-priced, less pro version for them. 

**What problems is ARGUS EstateMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that it solves my risk management issues as well as allows me to have a joint ventures section--for development and owners.
