What do you like best about Altois?

What do you like best about Altois?

Altois has a dedicated team that has solved my problems and has an amazing customer service team. They helped me set up Pipedrive. As a CRM for Pipedrive, I would say it has been a great experience using that. Very user-friendly. Amazing UI.

Customer support for onboarding by Altois and explaining the features, and demo calls, have been a smooth experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Altois?

There isn't anything I would consider that we have found to be dislikable about Altois so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Altois:

Would recommend that there be an on-call service no / 24X5, maybe even 24X7 help or extra assistance. If it's extra chargeable, not an issue, but sometimes getting helpline calls on weekends can be more helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Altois solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a CRM, and we got aquatinted with them when we were considering using pipedirve. They helped us understand how to use CRM to its full potential. Altois has been very helpful in understanding our needs and coming up with a solution for it. They have been responsive and have a quick turnaround time.
