I also like that there is an integrated PACS viewer, so I can review my patient's films without having to log into PACS. **What do you dislike about Altera Digital Health - EHR?** My biggest gripe with Allscripts is the way it displays labs - the scanned papers are essentially thrown together in no meaningful way, and there is no way to trend values. Fixing this would be very helpful.
