Backing up your mail, sharepoint, onedrive, teams, planner, archive and last bur not least: OneNote. Not many backup programs can backup One Note. **What do you dislike about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?** Adjusting \ updating of the Hornet Control Panel is somewhat surprising. You have to get used to the different view, but hey, after a week you walk through it like before. **What problems is 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs) solving and how is that benefiting you?** 365 Total Backup saved us a lot of time in merging mailboxes. In the past we had to create PST files manually and import them into the main account. With Hornet simply restore a mailbox to the main account. Second, the dashboard is well laid out and easy to navigate, no problems understanding and working the system. Third, new accounts are automatically added, which is great for an organization that adds Teams almost every day. I enjoy feeling confident that my M365 data is backed up and available outside of Microsoft. Of course selling a service on top of M365 generates the inevitable question about why we are paying for M365 and need additional services with a monthly cost on top. Solution ready out of box experience. Swift and helpful chat support make troubles disappear in minutes, one of the most vital points. A new licensing plan was a bit tricky initially but has turned out to be more cost-saving. Yet some end customers don't want to back up all company data (they have more O365 licenses than they want mailboxes to be backed up). Altaro's offer is unsuitable for them unless they are on old plans. **What do you dislike about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?** I'm not able to decide on what time backups take place. Full mailbox recovery to the *.pst file is sometimes troublesome because big mailbox files are divided into a few smaller ones. Merging them back into one is time-consuming. It's a pity you can not change the invoicing date, only the payment option. If you started your MSP account and services in the middle of the month, they would charge you on the anniversary date, which can't be changed. The steps are laid out clearly and the whole process takes less than 5 minutes. Once signed up, the status of the client's backup is also clear to see. Recovery is also straightforward - I have used both the OneDrive and email recovery processes and the steps for both are again clearly set out. **What do you dislike about 365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup for MSPs)?** I would like to add value to the package by sending my client a daily email confirmation that their backup has been completed successfully, or automatically alerting them to any issues. Altaro allows us to back up the mailbox every day in case anything goes missing or there is a mailbox accidentally damaged, we can restore deleted items not kept by 365 retention easily. Our clients like to keep a pst file of employees who have left so the export to pst is a great feature. It also gives our clients peace of mind that email is not trapped in Microsoft's systems, and should the worst occur, they can extract everything from Altaro to another provider ### 20. For the odd time when errors are experienced, which so far have just for the odd customer with a huge amount of data in a single SharePoint site, the support team are quick to assist and respond and actively work on issues until they are resolved.
