They demoed their platform for me. We were set to have a launch 8:30am which required us to rearrange our schedules. Alphasense was a no-show. It's been two weeks and we have not heard back from them after repeated emails to multiple people. Probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in nearly 30 years of doing business.
