In order for reporters to respond, they need to open a link on their phone and enter a code on a website just to access the chat, which seems like a complicated process. The analytics and reporting functionality are pretty general and it would be helpful to have more advanced. Some of the UX on the case management can be confusing -- it will just stop showing cases after a month-- but they are quick to make adjustments when you provide feedback. As a long-term customer with a legacy vendor in the integrity hotline / SOX-compliant whistleblower space, I knew what I didn't want based on experience and administrative hassle. AllVoices has proven to be a modern admin light platform with all the bells and whistles to report, respond, investigate, and track employee (or other stakeholders') reports and information.
