What do you like best about AllVoices?

What do you dislike about AllVoices?

In order for reporters to respond, they need to open a link on their phone and enter a code on a website just to access the chat, which seems like a complicated process. The platform is so easy to use as an admin, I'd love to see the reporter's experience simplified to match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AllVoices solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been getting more feedback from folks who are comfortable sharing their thoughts knowing that they can have an anonymous platform to do so. What do you like best about AllVoices?

We appreciate the ability to message anonymous feedback providers. This helps clarify their responses and collect any additional details. The case management assignment also helps ensure ownership and timely responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AllVoices?

The analytics and reporting functionality are pretty general and it would be helpful to have more advanced. Some of the UX on the case management can be confusing -- it will just stop showing cases after a month-- but they are quick to make adjustments when you provide feedback. What problems is AllVoices solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about AllVoices?

We absolutely love the real-time continuous feedback that we are able to get from our people. We have seen a decrease in negative Glassdoor reviews because people are using this platform instead. It would be nice if there was a way for the system to confirm the person is an active employee and not a pervious employee submitting the report to stop misuse of the system we have seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AllVoices?

As a long-term customer with a legacy vendor in the integrity hotline / SOX-compliant whistleblower space, I knew what I didn't want based on experience and administrative hassle. AllVoices has proven to be a modern admin light platform with all the bells and whistles to report, respond, investigate, and track employee (or other stakeholders') reports and information. The system met our language localization requirements, case management needs, and took less than 4 weeks to implement from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AllVoices?

AllVoices is very useful for receiving anonymous feedback from staff whenever something is bothersome or questionable or even if they just want to make a suggestion to make something better. Interacting with the interface is a bit clunky. It's not very user-friendly and intuitive. Often, I have to click around in various places to find what I'm looking for. It's almost as if the developers don't actually use the software themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AllVoices?

I really enjoy the fact that we can have our employees give us open and honest feedback without having to worry about repercussions. I think that they have given us information that we never would have known if we didnt have all the voices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that it would be cool to have surveys with more optionality. Right now it does not feel like there is very much optionality and it makes it a tad hard to gain feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
