"All Scripts Paragon"

What do you like best about Paragon Denali?

The thought behind the All Scripts Paragon program is good and when it is fully up and running and accessible, it is good for the rural communities and underserved areas. However, it is complex to use at times and when you lose connection it does not easily data from local computers to their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon Denali?

The system requires a ton of work during the initial build in order to customize it for your business. The system build and go live felt very rushed, which meant many changes after go-live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paragon Denali?

Having the tabs listing the medications by department is most helpful.

I like being able to view the medications divided by departments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon Denali?

I dislike having to click too many different areas when a medication is not given.

What do you like best about Paragon Denali?

Mainly used for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Provides great support for long range financial planning. Great tool to be able to dig deeper and really see where the impacts and threats lie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon Denali?

The analytics piece can be a bit user unfriendly. However, it's partly because of the way the organization presents statistics, which is different than how they are presented in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Paragon Denali:

Doesn't always perfectly fit our needs, however the support is very thorough. Have tried their best to find alternative solutions when there seemed to be no clear answer. Provide ample opportunities to further expand knowledge base of system, lots of training. That being said, service is a bit pricey, at least for what we are using it for. What problems is Paragon Denali solving and how is that benefiting you?
