The customer service is wonderful and the system is very easy to use. AP has allowed us to expedite the billing/invoicing process, which has been a significant time saver. The dashboard and notifications are great quick links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Sales Rep is friendly and will tell you ANYTHING to get your business. However, is that really the best way to get clients when your product is deficient? I think not, however, Dave Kramer seems to be getting ahead this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience is that in order to get my business Shantal the Sales Rep told me incorrectly that my website had too many errors to save. That's because they don't program in WordPress, I've learned. After trying to work with their team, who does not communicate with each other, I contacted Dave Kramer the owner. He has NEVER called me back, sent me a not for NO refund and promptly forgot about me. Shantal however kept calling to sell me expensive SEO but the website was never produced.
Their software is proprietary, so you can never own your own website. Dave employs people who will outright lie to your face and others who are disorganized and unable to produce a good website.
Lastly, if you are thinking to ever have him help you solve your website problem, he won't. He'll send you a letter showing you a NO RFUND policy. You will never speak with him. He's out to make money and NOT solve problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The personal help when I have a question about changing something on my website. I'm not the most tech savvy person but the people give me all the direction I need and let me create. The support when I have a question is available in many ways. I have used the tutorial videos, sit-down review of my site with AllProWebTools and phone support too. Easy to work with! I like having one place to log in, to do so many different elements of our business. There are so many tools available and the customer service is exceptional! As a non-technical person, it's important that I am able to present myself and my business well in an increasingly technical world. The staff at AllProWebTools are awesome for providing this transition. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all they are patient in the way that they are able to take my needs and ideas from a non-technical perspective and get them into an appropriate format.

Consolidation. Before we got on with AllProWebTools we had order sheets on excel files, various different 3rd party services keeping track of our orders, pre-orders, sales leads, shipping information, etc. It was all very scattered, and didn't work together - AllProWebTools solves that. They take the needs of small businesses, some of which may have been easily overlooked, and consolidates them in to one easy to use system at an affordable price. As a small business we get many of the perks of a full-blown ERP-type system, at a fractions of the cost with excellent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transition. It's hard as a new business owner to change what you are doing and what you are comfortable with. We had sup-par systems in place before AllProWebTools but those systems were ones we knew, and were comfortable with. It's hard to get everyone in your company to give up what they are used to and comfortable with to start using something different, but I'm glad we did. The benefit of AllProWebTools is that they are a growing company as well. They grow and adjust their systems all with feedback that they receive from clients.
