The system is very easy to use and the user customization is great. I can take away access to users that do not need to access certain areas of the console and that is a very handy feature! I really like that you can sort the dashboard, so if I just need to see recent tasks or invoices they are right there where I can see them, no hunting them down. I would like a little more ease of use and customization in the gallery area as that is the bulk of our website. It's not hard there are just a lot of steps. I would also love to see the ability to rearrange the listing of the galleries myself, currently they are chronological by date entered. I have already posted to their forum about this so I am sure they are working on it, but I would also like the ability to change the amount of time on a time punch once it shows up in the shopping cart. In the restoration industry things some times take longer than anticipated, as a business we don't always want to pass the full cost of that to the customer. So when a tech clocks into something for 4 hours and we think maybe we should only charge 3 hours I would like to see the ability to change that right there as opposed to adding a 1 hour discount to the end of the invoice. An offline component might be nice. For awhile I had and internet connection that was not up to par, and thus was not able to utilize the web based application until we got that solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After many years in the salon and spa industry I had to use multiple programs just to keep my inventory, schedule for my clients, a system to touch base with my clients not to mention a follow up recited of products I used on my clients.
