Now, our ENTIRE STAFF can access a client's profile and KNOW (through the notes, tags and other features) where the last conversation left off knowing what is next to help the client find the coverage they need. I mentioned in a prior review that I could only schedule one task at a time - When the staff at APWT saw that, they called me and asked me if I had ever used the "Task" feature - DUH. No I had not. I was still using spreadsheets when I discovered AllProWebTools. I was shopping InfusionSoft, but I couldn't get past the learning curve for myself, let alone, try to teach it to my team to use. WE have used all pro for 2 yrs. It has enhanced our inter office communications and improved the customer experience. The system is dynamic (ever evolving), easy to use, diversified (incorporates ALL of my back office needs) customer tracking, order process tracking, newsletters, drip campaigns, order management, easy shopping cart processes, certified experts for support, real time system editing for websites and email blasts. I love that I can keep track of team action items, customer history and beyond.

My favorite thing about All Pro Web Tools is that everything and I mean everything a small business owner could need is available all in one place. I don't have to pay for and manage my services from several providers. This not only saves me very valuable time, but so much money as well! The software is amazing, and so simple to use. My entire staff utilizes this service, and we are always on the same page. We don't have to chase down sticky notes, emails or text messages; everything we need to know about a client or project is always available and up to date. I can also assign tasks to my employees and receive notifications that they have completed the task. It will also automatically send them reminders as well. The internal chat boxes are amazing. Its like having a conversation with the person working next to you even if they work in a different part of the country! There is so much to say about this software that words really can't describe it, you have to try it and see for yourself. I couldn't have dreamed of a better service! If I'm forced to say anything it would be that it does not have a mobile app yet. I can use this software on my laptop or tablet with no issues, I would like to have better access on my smart phone. As a Virtual Assistant, I work with many small businesses. One thing that stands out in AllProWebTools is the ability to have everything you need in one place. Now, I have worked with a lot of different CRM's and the cost is extravagant, especially for a small business. AllProWebTools - they have prices that a small business can handle and won't kill their budget. I also have to rave about the customer service. Most places customer service is email or talking to a machine but between Shantel and John - I am speaking to people, which is rare these days but awesome!
