The amount of time that you can save while being extremely efficient is my favorite aspect. The seamless integration of all the functional components needed to start a business. One feature, in terms of APWT's pricing is that it charges for Customer Service, which I think is very wise. My experience as CRP companies take on more clients the demand for its Customer Service increases and eventually becomes a significant costs; by charging for customer service support, the customers with the most problems are paying for his/hers questions. To help mitigate the CS cost the company that provides "Free" customer service then off-shores the support and frequently the telecommunication connection is not clear, the wait time can be 45-60 mins before connecting with the CS rep., and it is usually difficult to understand the language of the CS reps. in the "off-shore" country. Help Guides are challenging; APWTs is open to making changes to make it more specific. I have not been using APWTs to tell you more about "dislikes"; so far, every issue that I've encountered is my own error and APWT's Customer Service has been responsive.. The support team at AllPro is VERY responsive. They dig, research and have gone above and beyond to help me integrate strategies and problem solve with our systems. I'm uneducated in my dislike - I'm no software developer. It must be a bare to really constantly be changing and adjusting a software that you developed and I don't know if my dislike is even fixable....that being said....Changes that I need implemented to shift the nature and efficiency of my team seem to take a long time to implement. I know I'm not their only customer and they acknowledge me/my need and tell me that a change I recommended will be implemented by "such and such" a date....it just is often months away and I become disheartened in it. I am in the process of starting an online training course. In the marketing class I am taking, I was referred to a very expensive software to accomplish what I need to do. I love that all the tools I need to run my business are in one application and they're all designed to work together; no website crashes due to incompatibility with plugins, no having to use 3rd party tools to make the systems I need work together - it's all here in AllProWebTools!

It's so wonderful to have all the tools we need in one place, instead of using a couple dozen systems for each of the services we need to run our business.

Their support section is awesome too! So many great videos and self-help articles - I don' often need to contact support because the answers area almost always right there in the help section.
