The Sales Rep is friendly and will tell you ANYTHING to get your business. However, is that really the best way to get clients when your product is deficient? I think not, however, Dave Kramer seems to be getting ahead this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience is that in order to get my business Shantal the Sales Rep told me incorrectly that my website had too many errors to save. That's because they don't program in WordPress, I've learned. After trying to work with their team, who does not communicate with each other, I contacted Dave Kramer the owner. He has NEVER called me back, sent me a not for NO refund and promptly forgot about me. Shantal however kept calling to sell me expensive SEO but the website was never produced.
Their software is proprietary, so you can never own your own website. Dave employs people who will outright lie to your face and others who are disorganized and unable to produce a good website.
Lastly, if you are thinking to ever have him help you solve your website problem, he won't. He'll send you a letter showing you a NO RFUND policy. You will never speak with him. He's out to make money and NOT solve problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was looking for a suite of tools that would help me organize my business better. AllProWebTools is a suite of tools that provides the control and organization I needed. It made my business management a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is difficult to access AllProWebTools outside the USA. When I'm traveling outside the country, I have trouble accessing my interface. It should be more open to other countries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE That every way I communicate with my customers is on record. I can see if they called on the phone, texted me, emailed me, or even used Facebook Messenger to contact me. It's like iCloud for your business. I love that all my employees can see the communication going on with our customers so that anyone can respond and help funnel our client from inquiry to sale. The customer service at the company is beyond AMAZING. You can easily screen share with them to troubleshoot or ask questions. And if you need the program to do something it doesn't currently do, they also work to personalize it.
I searched for a CRM that would allow you to text message and use Facebook Messenger as a way to communicate with your customer, and AllProWebTools does that and so much more. I enjoy finding new ways every day to integrate it more and more into my business because every day, my job gets more accessible and more manageable when I do. There is a bit more tech knowledge that the user needs than some other click and add type sites. But they have tutorials for everything, so you can always find out what to do. I would like to see a phone app to do all the same stuff on my phone and not have to be around a computer all of the time. I would also like to edit orders if I made a mistake or left something off instead of having to void the order and start over. It seems so completely overwhelming when you are first starting, but the customer service will help guide you in anyways they need to make sure you're successful in using the system. Dave continually is looking to make this program better to help more businesses with marketing efforts.
I am am huge fan of his email marketing tools and once I got everything set up it has allowed me to follow up with old clients and customers that never converted. Since everything has been set up my business has probably profited well over six figures JUST from his email marketing software.

I have gaps with other software, either with support or bandwidth etc, but AllPro, never lets me down. The support is an 11/10 and the software, the same. I can't say enough about the team that got me up and running and is STILL there for me for any question I have regardless of how elementary or advanced, they know it all, so you don't have to. Once it's set up, this program is so easy to use! It's fast, helpful, and tracks not only my clients but my employees as well.
