We selected ALllego to replace another platform that was not providing the features and the vendor was extremely difficult to work with

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There are many features and benefits of using Allego, and we have yet to explore most. Leveraging the platform can be cumbersome.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego enables us to onboard new sales reps more quickly and ensure the ramp to productivity is as fast as possible. Many of our sellers need to be prepared for meetings with stakeholders, and Allego helps make sure they are ready.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

The Allego enablement ecosystem combines features that are usually delivered individually. This traditional, individual technology approach means a lot of extra work tying things together, figuring out how to gather data and then create meaningful business intelligence outputs. Allego solves this problem by delivering a single combined platform that is a great match for the majority of sales and marketing organizations enablement requirements. Allego don't pretend to do be things they are not - each feature set is complete and feature rich. 

Allego provide the ability to break the technlogy into large pieces. Start with the piece that meets your immediate requirements, benefit from the other parts when you're ready.  Allego will become part of the your organizations daily cadences whether sourcing and sharing buyer content, consuming training, call evaluations and much, much more. Dashboards talk the needs of front line sellers all the way to the most senior levels of your company. The impact of the platform on seller productivity is clearly measurable, simplification of buyer interaction shows in call analytics and sales cycle related content recommendations save time. 

I would absolutely recommend talking to Allego - they are at least on par and in most cases far ahead of the moajority of their competition.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

The reality is that any time you change vendors there's a lot of heavy lifting ahead. One the one hand it's refreshing to start over, apply what you've learnt and leverage Allego's powerful features. On the other, be prepared to commit to a complex program that will transition into ongoing adoption work streams. And if you're deploying Allego to fill new gaps then you'll face a host of other challenges that are the same regardless of which vendor you choose - creating everything from scratch.

The depth of the feature set means you're going to need to make sure you have the right resources in place (at the right time) to create and maintain the content your sales org will consume. Breaking deployment into logical sections will help but you'll be missing out on some of the integration related value.

Allego has the ability to meet our existing requirements and introduce a set of new features that support growth and scale. Unfortunately we did not move forward with Allego based on conflicting internal priorities.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

The product/solution Allego offers is fantastic, but the ongoing support is like nothing I've ever experienced from a vendor/partner before.  Allego doesn't just sell you a solution and walk away.  They meet with you ongoingly and make sure you're getting the most out of it you can.  They're also great at taking feedback and customizing solutions.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

After 3 years with the solution/partnership I can honestly say have not had any dislikes.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego has allowed us to create digital sales rooms to use within individual sales territories for our wholesalers, sales coaching (recorded role-plays, elevator speeches, sales ideas, etc.), making email communications more personal with quick videos, create internal repositories of information, and a whole lot more.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Very easy platform to work with, dynamic in having the ability to upload videos and other training modules.  Also being able to create quizzess on courses ensuring the audience digests the material.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Nothing at the moment, if I did, I know the team over at Allego are always open and welcome feedback.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have uploaded many of our recruiting best practices aligning them to courses and training modules.  The recruiters must go through these courses and ensure the material has been learned.  Using Allego's flash drills has allowed TalentBurst to keep reinforcing our best practices in a fun exciting way for the team.

The team behind Allego is super helpful with onboarding and contunued usage of the platform. Plus, the recording of sales call planning sessions allow me to provide useful feedback before a sales call. The sales team values the feedback and Allego allows me the opportunity to be more of a resource to the sales force.

Nothing that I can think of. It works great!

1. Sometimes while going thourgh the courses, I would not be able to skip or go back to a specific point in a lesson or subject.

Allego is super user friendly with a support at your fingertips.  Training your team on how to use it simple and quick.  I only wish they used it more.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Haven't found a downside that doesn't have some sort of built-in solutions already there.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego allows our sales team the ability to develop a pitch or an idea, share it with their leader and/or peers, then refine and share with their prospects or clients.  The digital sales room really changed the game allow them to create custom microsite that really help them have a presense in their territory when they cannot always be there in-person.

The Conversation Intelligence product and AI tools allow you to review calls and coach reps efficiently and regularly. The customer success team is fantastic and provides you with best practices and individual help to help you maximize its use.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I don't use all of the capabilities that Allego has as a part of my practices, so I can't speak to any of the possible shortcomings in those product sets.  I don't have any real complaints out CI.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing sales rep phone calls and providing a shared platform for sales reps and their managers to review sales calls and drive performance. You can share excellence with the team to help everyone grow.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

I like that Allego allows for interaction with instructors (the record and turn in feature) as well as typical learner paced training modules. It allows for lively presentation as well as the 'put your money where your mouth is' practice that we need as we go.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There are times when you want to go back and review the material and it simply takes too long when what you are going through is a quiz- I feel that once you have passed a quiz you should be able to go in and quickly scroll through the info. Otherwise it would be nice to have a bank of the info on the timed slides that can be accessed quickly.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a multinational company and yet we are also committed to consistency in customer and clinical experience. Even though our employees do not often sit in the same room, and do not operate on the same work schedules, we need everyone to have access to the same quality of training and this works for us.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

I like how the videos/courses are well planned out and labeled.  I am able to learn everything at a great pace that makes things productive and still easy to grasp.  It is also very helpful to go back and review things that I need to brush up on, or if I have questions after seeing something in the field

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

The mini-quizzes and questions shown intermittently were not always appropriate for every video.  I'm referring more directly to the longer videos (+40 mins)  where you could get the first question wrong; then you would have to sit through the entire 40-minute video before you could go back and correct your mistake.  Again, this is not an issue with all videos, but this did force me to re-watch some of the longer videos several times before I had a complete understanding

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego is helping me learn the specifics of my product and the responsibilities of my new role.  My job is very multifaceted and my product/ surgical procedure are constantly being updated and improved.  Allego has helped me learn these things in record time (with limited face - to - face time with my peers!) and helped me answer many questions that may arise in the field.

Allego's virtual selling tool is great to house documentation on, videos, and other useful materials throughout the sales process.

The customer success team are always on hand to assist with any support/queries we have. The entire onboarding process was fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There isn't anything at this stage that I do not like about Allego.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we send a lot of documentation manually with little insight into activity. Allego allows us to gain insights into what prospects are engaging with and creating a better experience for our propsects.

I like the ease of use of the videos and  courses as well as the knowledge check before you take the test on courses that require it.  Very helpful along with the course transcript you can print to review later on as well!

Allego has been extremely helpful in the sales training process. The tool was easy to navigate and made training seamless! The reminders were great and I loved how the quizzes were implemented within the training. I used it everyday for 9 weeks! Having worked in training space it was extremely helpful to have it SSO and all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

One downside was I didnt know what I needed to pass btu once I reached out to my sales trainer and they were able to assist.

The need for multiple platforms and allowed all my sales training to be in one place.

Customer Support. Allego, particularly Caroline Dzialo has been incredibly supportive during our rollout. Always available, quick to respond and super helpful. The Allego UX works really well for our team.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Group Creation. Creating our initial org structure was a bit tedious. There is no integration with Ulti pro, for example, however once we established our structure and refined it a bit, it's been smooth sailing ever since.

Allego has been instrumental in our efforts to keep our partners up to date on messaging and our latest product pushes.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

My team enjoys the Digital Sales Room functionality that allows us to create customized experiences that house content relevant to our partners.  We have a great relationship with our Customer Success Manager, Travis, and our quarterly calls with him are super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I don't have much to say in terms of dislikes.  The biggest struggle with Allego is internally getting more colleagues to use the platform.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that Allego gives us a unique way to keep in contact with our partners/clients, which is a struggle in the current environment.  An added bonus is the functionality of the platform is easy to use.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

I really love the ability to customize the onboarding and continued learning experience across our many varied groups. Because our organization has many products and roles, we must be able to cater to the experience and learning as much as possible. The ability to list the same items in multiple channels and courses makes it SO easy for us to ensure consistency is at the forefront of the content we're putting out to our reps.
I also really love the call intelligence features. I had previously used an industry leader in the Call AI world and was a little unsure how Allego would stack up; so it was really exciting when we got to see all the features that the platform has and how easy to use it is!

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I would say one of the only downsides to Allego is that some of the fields could be a little more intuitive or give you the ability to do just a little more. One example is that, if you want to share out multiple channels within a section, you need to do so individually instead of just sharing the full collection. Though a negative right now, I think it's something on their roadmap!

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego is helping us to solve for a few things. The first item is putting in place an LMS where we can house our content, training, and additional materials for our reps to use to be successful in their roles. The second is call coaching. Since our organization is a remote-first company, it's important we have the ability to coach our reps on their calls. Lastly, Allego is helping us solve for building a culture of learning and self-learning/reinforcement. All of the above is benefitting us greatly by having reps understand there's a place to go to get everything you need to be successful in your role, allowing them to feel coached and developed through call coaching, and giving them a place to practice and apply what they're learning to drive home the application piece.

Allego helps me and my organisation in the sphere of sales and revenue enablement. Allego is a tool that is quite intuitive, user-friendly, and decluttered. This makes searching within the platform relatively easier without having to spend a lot of time.

Allego could probably develop an option for users and agents to rank the quality of the video anonymously. Anonymity will help people give honest reviews, which in turn will help not only the end user but also the creator.

Helps me to get all the required resources in one spot for Sales Coaching, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, and Customer/Sales onboarding videos. This is great because I don't have to hop on across multiple platforms, thus saving a lot of time. The easy-to-use functionalities in Allego make it more appealing to me to spend more time on it.

Functionality ... amazing what kind of bells-and-whistles are available.  And two things about that ... (1) it's easy to use, and (2) the software/product is solid, stable, and reliable.  (It actually works like it's supposed to!)  The product itself is extremely impressive.  And the human support is just as great.  Ease of use which results in such impressive results (videos, channels, and sharing).

Well, there's so much that it can do, there is no one single way to create or do something.  So when teaching it, I feel like I'm all over the place.

I try to promote usage among my 'constituents', but with anything that's new, there's reluctancy.  So our assigned "Customer Success Manager" has been coming up with some really effective ideas to get these people moving.

The best thing I like about Allego...actually, I have two to share:

1) Allego is an excellent platform for training because:
         - Company trainers or any user to create structured or on-the-fly videos
        -  Track users' completion of assignments 
        -  Comprehension can be evaluated by creating end-of-chapter quizzes
        -  Capacity to handle thousands of users and videos

2) Ease of use

Ok...maybe more than two things I like best about Allego. It's an excellent resource for any company.

I wish I could delete the draft videos, as this clutters the list of videos I created.  I only need to save the final video.  (This may already be possible to do, but I just don't know how.)

We needed to get learning content out to our customers.  Sending out via email was ineffective and had no way to track how many people were using/viewing the materials. AND if they didn't keep the email, we needed to resend and clog up their mail box even more. Using a DSR allowed us to push the content we needed and track metrics. We saw a 25% reduction in follow up calls to our sales desk.

The best part about Allego is receiving scoring from managers and colleagues on my calls, which allows me to better myself every day and act on feedback instantly. The integration into our dialling software is seamless and works perfectly with Allego. Being able to request feedback is incredibly helpful, as I can see what I need to improve on straight away. The rep ratio talk time and pace/fillers section on the call reviews are incredibly insightful and help me and my colleagues to understand how we are talking on the phone and allow us to change our pacing depending on the call we are having.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I haven't had many issues when it comes to using Allego. However, the only complication I have come across is that sometimes, when I am shared feedback, the website hasn't been able to load correctly. This is easy to fix, as you just have to click on the correct link in the email sent.
I have had a few buggy experiences when looking at reviews, but apart from that, the workflow and integration with other products we use is seamless.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego is helping me turn into a better salesperson. This is because I have access to recordings of my own and my colleague's successful calls, allowing me to listen in and reflect on the conversations that have been had. It is also helping me keep on track of people that I have sold to and allowing me to create incredibly detailed meeting reports by listening back to old calls and using the accurate transcript provided for me to copy and use for myself. This saves me so much time and allows me to work more effectively and stay concentrated on the tasks at hand.

Knowing that anything I need in the field is most likely available in one place. Prep for sales calls with refreshers on messaging and competitive blunting topics as well.  The format of quizzes and ease of use to either listen to recordings or actively review short segments and take quizzes throughout the video as knowledge checks are also very user-friendly.  The pause and resume features are also crucial for when work gets in the way of review or training to be able to come back to where I left off and not have to restart a module.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I'm not sure role-playing is helpful as a sales rep, and I don't feel like I get much out of the prep or recording, especially when asked to pretend I'm having a conversation and play both roles. If roleplaying is necessary and provides benefit, I would suggest the slide decks or resources that provide information relevant to the role play be linked directly with the role-play assignment so as sales reps, we don't need to waste time trying to remember which other video or document contains the information we need to meaningfully learn from assignment vs. wasting too much time searching for information to then give a less meaningful submission to the assignment. Always having the submitting admin required to post an example of what they want the request to be would also be helpful. The more open-ended and with a lack of easily accessible resources, the more frustrating the process can be, and the less I feel like I get out of the exercise.  If I could quickly find the information, follow a template that highlights the key talking points I am intended to internalize and move on to drafting a role play and record multiple good takes, I would benefit more from the exercise.

mobile app and ipad access for in the field, all our sales tools and resources are in one place so getting an answer via the search bar is very useful.  way better than searching for saved email resources.  Having to access a d company website that is behind a firewall for example and two factor authentication in order to access training resources is simply not user friendly.  The app and interface are very easily navigated.  For example while driving to sales calls I  can often connect my phone to my car and listen to a competitive update on sales before meeting with a customer.  this is very helpufl in my workflow
