It has a really good and smooth UI and makes it very easy to collect and categorize company's interaction with their clients. It has a lot of features which make it a really good choice for managing clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use the software to manage our company contacts and all our customers and suppliers in general. It is very easy to find existing contacts and add new ones. The calendar function is very helpful to assign appointments to existing contacts (there is an automatic connection here). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The to-do-list still shows past appointments on the current day - after one day the entered appointments are unfortunately completely deleted and are nowhere visible anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AllClients is the best CRM on the market! What I love about AllClients is the freedom and flexibility to create your business process the way you feel fit. The system is easy to use. It allows you to develop as you go. It's very innovative and up to date. With the phone app, the to do list, the automated campaigns, endless video training, excellent customer service and the affordability of the product you cant go wrong in your business. The email system is ok, but the landing page builder is my biggest issue. It’s not customizable AT ALL, you can’t even design the layout to align with best practices on LP design (having the button below the gold, for one example). It’s not designed to integrate with modern marketing tactics: for example, you can’t install the Facebook pixel properly without hacking into the code (which you’re not supposed to be able to do, but I found a work-around). There’s not even a place created to put the event code, which is crucial in getting the pixel to work correctly! I had to link to a separate LP to hack into the code to install the event code: it shouldn’t be that hard. It doesn’t integrate with most reputable modern digital marketing tools.
