What do you like best about BusyBusy?

Easy to use, integrates well with Quickbooks. I just have to sync and all the hours are imported in the "Enter Time" in QuickBooks. It tracks employees' time and location. At any time during the day, I can see which employees are on the job and where they are. Their customer service is excellent. Within a couple minutes, I get a response. What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

We don't use the equipment features. There are features that I didn't know were there. Customer Service is good to help when this happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We purchased the program to keep track of employee hours. We weren't sure if they were being honest in reporting hours worked. I like that they are being paid now for every minute they are clocked in. I like that, as administrator, I like that I can see which employees are on the job and where they are. What do you like best about BusyBusy?

The scheduling feature has been a lifesaver for our project managers, who can now update our Technicians directly through their schedule with push notifications. The GPS tracking is also helpful to let us know where everyone is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

This isn't a dislike, but we would love to see a feature that would help us keep track of small equipment. We use small equipment like dehumidifiers and drying fans, a QR code tracking system would be amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BusyBusy?

I like being able to track and view progress on jobs anytime and anywhere. The tracking is great to see if my crew is on-site doing the tasks and clocked in at the right time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

My only problem is the uploads in poor internet connections or cell signal. In rural WV we have bad service and sometimes the pictures and logs take time to load. Not your issue though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly the tracking of the repairs and projects completed. I can access and check on projects from over a year ago to see when or how they were completed. I can even see by whom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BusyBusy?

Able to send employees to jobsites and tracks their time for job costing purposes. Appreciate that only admin can correct the employees' mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

Sometimes it is glitchy and what an employee shows and admin shows are different. This does not happen very often. Admin should be able to clock an employee out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You are correct! An admin should be able to clock an employee out. That is why we have Supervisor Tools. If you would prefer to have a supervisor clocking your guys in or out, you can! I have shared a link to a video talking about these supervisor tools. Let us know if you have any additional questions about this or other features there.

What do you like best about BusyBusy?

We switch to BusyBusy in 2021 and our company couldn’t be happier. They have a very helpful staff that has worked through all our needs. Our employees love when they clock out they can report any discrepancies in time which cuts down the standing around in the office. The check in process is convenient and employees love they can just do it through their phone. When it comes to payroll, it makes it really easy and can even calculate all time off. Love the constant upgrades they offer. Thanks BusyBusy for making our lives less cluttered here at Megan’s Management, BCM Landscaping, and Country Gardens & Nursery.
