BusyBusy meets the needs we have for our organization. We needed a GPS location service to ensure that everyone is where they are supposed to be when they clock in. We appreciate being able to set an area that they need to be inside, and love that I can see a detailed map of where someone was when they clocked in or out. I also really like that there is the ability to log clock in's/out's until they are in range of wifi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like the ability to have the app send push notifications when someone is inside the geolocation circle reminding them to clock in, and a reminder to clock out when they leave the area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have turned on geo reporting and required my guys to send a report of their location when they clock in. I turned it off due to privacy concerns. BusyBusy was tracking them 24/7. Their location was recorded on the weekends, at night, etc., and it was invasive. The racking was a couple of years ago, so I don't know if it is still a problem. I like that it does provide some sort of communication line between the office staff (project managers & estimators) and the warehouse staff. I like that all of the tools, equipment and materials are customizable in terms of name, price, etc. Took a while to build out but it's nice to have our own data in there. I hate that it takes 4+ hours to sync with our ERP system, Sage300 and that integration is abysmal. In the demo we received, we were told this integration was flawless and would be improved upon. I do not like that in the 2+ years we have had ToolWatch, they have done no improvements (to my knowledge) on the desktop app which is what we primarily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
