It takes a little time to figure out how to navigate the website, but it's there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an uncomplicated app for employees to utilize. It has made payroll much easier for me to process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of busybusy is getting my employees to switch to different jobs instead of me double checking them. I wish it made them answer an alarm or question after being clocked in at a job for too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it keeps track of the hours I work. Also I like the description part to keep track of things when I can't write it down. Perfect for snow removal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the job numbers don't load so I have to exit out of busybusy completely. That's minor though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use for the field and office is great. The mobile app is great for quickly adjusting schedules, clocking in and out for the staff and there are many way to customize the fields allowing us to make busybusy work for us the way we want to run our buisness.
Budgets, reports are extreamly usfull and provide insite into where time is being spent allowing us to build pollicies and practices that increas efficiency.
Customer supprot is the best! They are so responsive, and when I recomend features or ask questions they are extremly knolageable and are alway able to provide solutions, or work arounds. Probably my favorite thing about busybusy, the customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. There is no notification for time off requests which is very frustrating. We have had to ask the staff to let us know via text, email, phone call that they have requested time off so that we can provied them with a responce in a reasonable time frame. The dashboard has a tile that shows requested time off but in preactice when you log in you already have a task to do so you tend to not pay attention to the tiles unless you are just scanning the tiles to see what is there.
2. Basic menues, navigation can be smoother. When scheduleing, of manually imputing my time, the menues tend to fall off the screen, and can be sumwhat clucky. Definitly manageable and not that big of a deal but noticable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to navigate, for upper management. I love the GPS tracker so we can see which job our crews are on. I manily use it on a pc for time management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have several employees that do struggle trying to to work through the app. But after they work it several times they semm to grasp how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many attributes of busy busy I like and it is hard to pin down what I like best. In no particular order I like the;
Concise time accounting for jobs
Viewable location and details of Contractors at work
Quick "at a glance" time estimate comparison to time taken.
Easy Scheduling
Easyily rectifileable time entries.
Quickbooks intergration.
Exceptional Customer Service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no apparent uniformity to the intervals in GPS reporting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about BusyBusy is the simplicity of the field folk's time entry and how it streamlines the payroll process, and makes it easy to analyze on the back-end. The customer support is also helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BusyBusy can be a bit finicky and can struggle with larger data sets as well as filtering down to what you want to use it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
