**What do you like best about Alibaba VPN Gateway?**

It was easy to set up and manage on my own.  No tech support or sales rep required!

**What do you dislike about Alibaba VPN Gateway?**

Accessibility of the captcha to login to Alibaba Cloud is my only complaint.

**Recommendations to others considering Alibaba VPN Gateway:**

Setup is a breeze.  Users had no problems, we paid as we went, and it went smoothly.

**What problems is Alibaba VPN Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having horrible latency issues connecting US and UK users to work sites in Beijing.  Going VPN saved us hours of lost work time due to lag.
