I like the UI and the fact that most of what we need to achieve from a survey can be done via the UI without any technical knlowlege. Alchemer is highly customizable, which has been useful as I build out a relatively complex survey which requires a lot of logic.

I also love how responsive Alchemer's support team is when I have a questions. They are quick to reply and great at giving tips - they've gone so far as to share a screen recording of how to approach my issue, which immediately fixed the problem I was having. The settings for testing or previewing my survey can be a bit confusing if I have complex logic. I don't know if something is wrong in my survey logic, or in my test settings. Has many of the features if more expensive solutions, including question routing and the ability to prepopulate questions with the answers to prior questions. The telephone support is excellent: fast and patient. It's pretty easy to use when it comes to survey design, but the reuse of campaigns could be a little smoother.
