Alchemer is very flexible with tons of features and still very easy to use. Many built-in themes for styling your surveys as well as the ability to customize the look and feel. Without much knowledge on coding or programming we can build surveys easily with the in-built functionalities and more over we can try all the features which included in the question type more useful factor or the option is effective dashboard which is given by SurveyGizmo.

I love the interface and ease of developing a variety of survey questions easily and effectively. This tool allows us to survey internal and external customers on the fly. I am a satisfied customer of SurveyGimo, with the help of this tool I am capable of bringing the modifications in my product launching plan. It has brought me closer towards my customers and enabled me to collect the authentic information about the launched data. It provides me amazing reporting about the data, which eventually help me to devise more plans. It is not at all user friendly application, it does not handle well the spread sheets and do not help in the up gradation of the previous templates. Moreover its team should reduce its cost and come up with new user friendly plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use both Surveymonkey and Alchemer (formerly called SurveyGizmo). Alchemer has a more reasonable price point, and is easy to use. I find their interface to be cleaner and survey creation to be simple. I do think the analytical tools of SurveyMonkey are better, but Alchemer has better logic when it comes to building more complex surveys. For instance, if you want to ask questions if and only if a prior question is answered a certain way, Alchemer is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
