Alchemer is very easy to use and supports a LOT of functionality. My favorite features are its ability to build an automated flow around inviting responses via email, including reminders and thank you's. This has allowed me to run dozens of surveys over the years and get a relatively high response rate, as well as link the data back to other demographic factors that I need for reporting and segmentation. The price. The price is in line with others, but I've found it a bit cost prohibitive to enable multiple users in our organization due to our limited budget. I'd love to have less expensive options for my broader team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you want to add a logo it cost money. In order to upgrade your survey it will give you an option to purchase/upgrade your account.

Highly customizable and simple to use. I looked at over 7 options when considering which software to use for administering quizzes. The challenge is scoring "Select all that Apply" questions in a fair way. I wanted to give partial credit. Alchemer was the only one that allowed me to do so. I have very few issues, but when I have had a special thing that I want to accomplish, their support team is always available, easy to work with, I never have to get handed off to another support person because the first can't solve my problem, and their primary language is English. The software doesn't allow me to give points for a correctly answered incorrect-answer, meaning the quiz taker didn't chose the answer that was incorrect.
