I have tried about every single survey tool out there and I find Alchemer to be a perfect choice for anyone who is trying to manage a tight budget/can't afford an enterprise solution but wants great customer service/assistance. Every time I have called Alchemer tech support, I have been greeted with a very professional and upbeat rep who listened well, wasn't working from some rigid script, and was knowledgeable enough to quickly and effectively resolve my issue or question. That I can create guest surveys tailored to my business! It is easy to build a survey, and to navigate the program. The customer feedback has been amazing to see what guests think our units need, what we can improve upon, if something has broken, or what they loved and enjoyed. It is also a very economical program.

I wish that in the basics program, it would give a statistical report of commonly used words and phrases. If you have complex surveys, this program is for you. It's easy to set up complex surveys, and using hidden fields; you can easily move the survey taker around to different survey questions. The hidden field is one of the best features, for you can put information into the hidden field and then use logic to use that information to show different questions all with the survey taker knowing you are doing that. Also, talk about the logic feature it is amazing how complex you can make it but at the same time, it's so easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it will get confused if you use too many different rules, which can be hard to troubleshoot. It would also be nice if they offered a more automated way to get data in from a 3rd party vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 7 day trial does not allow all features that are available for a fully activated account. For instance, one of the mail features I wanted to try out was email notifications of completed surveys.
