I have found that the logic systems are exactly what we need for complex forms. We use Alchemer for many needs; simple to complex surveys, elections, needs evaluations, data repositories, tallies and so much more. Once I started using it, all my clients switched over. We stumbled across Alchemer a few years ago when we needed a product that could produce the data that we needed that could not be achieved using the previous platform. It was love at first sight! I love importing my word document surveys and seeing the completed survey in Alchemer already populated. I can create long and complex surveys in seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little to dislike. I do want to offer ways to improve though. Little fiddly things that would make a lot of difference. It is truly a fantastic product and it has made my job easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Panel services are very robust and data collection is quick. There are so many different demographic and individual characteristics that you can specify. The support is also very good--replies are timely and informative. Lastly, the platform itself is very intuitive and the help documentation is extensive.
