Albacross provides insight into data that otherwise would not be available, as well as being very easy to use the tool and a great support team available.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

Some minor UX aspects such as, saving a segment with a specific filter applied, such as activity showing highest to lowest, and it will not save that segment. Each time you access the segment, you need to reapply the filter view you prefer.

Using Albacross to access first party intent data. Looking to begin new conversations with high-quality leads. Seeing the exact companies access your website is super insightful.

I like that the team is supportive and helps you every step of the way. The quick and easy implementation makes it a nice tool to use!

The implementation of GA enrichment was a bit of a struggle, but the team and their quick support made up for all the trouble. Happy to see that if something is flagged, they pick it up and start working towards a solution

Track visitors to our web who have not yet engaged with it. Get more insights into potentially interested customers, especially in those countries where our products would not be known, and the market is immature.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

Albacross is the best intent-marketing tool I have used in a while. The accuracy of the intent data, with a particular focus on the EU  mas it a very reliable tool. The clean, simple and interactive user interface makes working with the platform a smooth and seamless experience.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

Nothing much to dislike. The accuracy of the contacts of some the companies could be improved to make them more up-to-date. Overall, this is not a big blocker!

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Understand which companies are visiting our website, who is showing high intent/interest in our products. 
- Capture contact details on the ideal buyer persona within those high-intent companies.
- Generate brand awareness within target accounts with albacross display campaigns.

Maybe a function where you can array the job title keywords and prioritize some that you want to sync would be even more helpful.

Nothing so far, works really well, only thing would be if you don't use the salesforce integration. Little bit of manual work :)

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

Our team had previously used Leadfeeder, but the quality of data and support from their team were lacking - especially the case now that we have Albacross to compare it with. 

Setup was super quick and it's an easy-to-use solution that our team has seen immediate benefits from initial efforts of incorporating intent into our outbound process.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

Some in-app data visualization wouldn't hurt. If there was a prettier way to navigate between customer segments and find insights amongst all our website traffic, our team could probably get more out of the platform.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3 main things that have worked well so far... 
1. Identifying high quality leads our TAM gathering efforts hadn't found
2. Driving conversations with prospects that otherwise would have been missed 
3. Giving BDR's an indication of where to focus extra outreach efforts in some cases (where they see extra engagement)

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

Great lead identifier, providing correct contact details to your chosen personas. Integrates easily with Teams for briefing sales. Contacts end up in Hubspot allowing sales to contact them with no barrier.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

The platform is still under development and getting better with each release. Still waiting for the Microsoft Teams integration so we don't need to use webhooks. Should come this month :)

**Recommendations to others considering Albacross:**

Set up the platform correctly in the beginning. It does take some effort, but it's definitely worth it. Stay updated about the new releases so you can benefit from all new features.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Albacross is a great complement to Hubspot's "prospect" functionality. Leads that show up do not overlap. It's great to get a good view of what our prospects are interested in on the website which also makes our reach-outs from sales more crisp and targeted.

Sometimes the contact email addresses bounce, however, however, that is not a problem because you can always do a little research on your own to find the correct one.

Albacross is a good way to track companies visiting your website through marketing campaigns or organically. That way you can discover new opportunities, track existing ones and get an insight into which actions they performed on the website.

Albacross could have a longer record of the actions made on the website by visitors.

We are discovering new sales opportunities from visitors who don't perform actions on the website. We also identify interactions and interests from open opportunities.

Dislike is a big word, but I think Albacross could use some more publishers for their ads.

I only used Albacross for a few months but i am the first to say that it´s by far the best lead generator we have tried and we have tried a lot out there. It´s a large IP recognition database and at the same time very user friendly platform. Easy to get a handle of all the prospects thats interested in our services.

I've only been using it for a couple of months now but nothing I would dislike until now, thanks to a very proactive customer success management in all ends and a special shout out to Fabian Odenhall who helped us with both small and big questions. Thanks.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

Albacross helps you answer one of the most difficult questions: Who visits my B2B-site? This information is obviously very valuable to any sales and marketing department. I find that Albacross is easy to use, and makes it easy to filter companies and make segments to watch. I also like the way you can  make targeted campaigns to the companies you want to be relevant for, instead of everyone else.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

Not much to put here. Albacross is not a cheap tool by any means. But if both your sales and marketing uses it, I think the investment is worth it.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have found that we are able to target most of our primary target groups with our sales and marketing efforts. Albacross makes it very clear that we attract the right audience. We can also see that we need to do more to attract other segments, and Albacross makes it easier to make these data driven decisions.

We are a B2B company selling big-ticket capital equipment. Prospects spend weeks if not months researching solutions on their own before contacting potential suppliers. Albacross provides us with visibility into early funnel leads that we otherwise wouldn't know about.  We reviewed three solutions during a two-week evaluation period, and while none of the tools are perfect, Albacross provided the best results for N. America, which surprised us, as they are based in Europe.  The Albacross team is attentive and easy to work with. Overall, I feel we're attaining good value from the service.

Their tracking of companies is top notch, but what is even better is the service provide during our POC process via Oleksii and Aymeric. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

The data contacts from their partner Cognism are rather poor, with a bounce rate of 50% and more. However they are changing providers so I am looking forward to seeing the results change.

**Recommendations to others considering Albacross:**

If you are looking for an easy way to track companies, Albacross is the way to go. Especially thanks to their CSM team.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to make prospecting more focused on companies that are company to our website, and streamline the process. Using Albacross suggested segments, we were able to do that smoothly.

That you can not get the actual visitor, just the organization. Not Albacross fault, GDPR.

Leads harvesting. Campaign verifications, that is when we do target campaigns we can measure and select which recipients have the biggest interest in is, and prioritize them in further sales tactics.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

First of all, Albacross are great to work with. Their team takes the time to understand our challenges, get our feedback, and work with us to create successful campaigns and make the most of their tool. It feels like a collaborative partnership which is what we all hope for from a technology company, but too rarely get in practice!

The software itself is useful for understanding which companies have been on the website, but we have been particularly interested in the ability to target specific companies with account based display ads.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

No major downsides - when any issues have come up along the way, the team is always open to feedback and constantly working to improve their capabilities. They are also constantly adding new functionality to the product and working with us to make it successful and get feedback, which I appreciate.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to share insights with our sales and SDR teams about which of their accounts have been on the website, as well as discover from time to time new accounts that we might reach out to based on their interest. We have been able to set up workflows that notify the respective team members fairly quickly so they stay on top of things. We have also been able to take an ABM approach to display advertising.

I've been using it for two months now nothing I would dislike until now, thanks to a very proactive customer success management.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

Although we're just in the beginning of the process of adopting Albacross and using it to the fullest, support from Oleksii and Artem is brilliant. They are willing to jump on a call right away, sometimes even 15-30 mins from just asking them. As for the data, it's a little early to discuss and highlight it, but so far it's pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

Everything is good so far, nothing to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Albacross:**

Be a little bit tech-savvy, especially with Google Analytics and Google Optimize

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started a POC of Albacross to identify the specific website visitors and personalize our site better for them. Also, to use it for remarketing on Google network.

IP to Company Identification, the assistance from the CS team, and the breadth of their account database.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

There could be a bit more control in terms of editing and creating the campaigns on the fly.

We're using it to target accounts with ABM. It's contact lookup within accounts and company-to-IP matching are very good in helping us understand which accounts are expressing interest in our products online.

I see what companies are visiting my website - where they are visiting, how often they are coming so I know who has interest and who does not.  I have tested several companies like this and I have found Albacross far and away the most accurate.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

I haven't really used the retargeting feature which I should.  There have also been some updates lately and I am not really sure what new features there are because I haven't spent the time investigating.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is ideal for direct sales follow up - gives me a very clear leads list.  It gives me all I need to know to follow up with the right people at the right time - while my company is still fresh in their mind.

I love that the software emails me weekly with the website hits from the last week, and shows me where they came from - seeing the domains from which people visit is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

I honestly wish it was more accessibly priced for the small business market.  These insights are great for members of the small business sphere to be able to understand where the traffic comes from and perhaps reach out to people who are viewing their website.

I started using Albacross from the very beginning, in that time it was a free platform, i remenber thinking to myself "how can this be free?". Albacross its an amazing tool, the best one i've used for reverse ip tracking.

They have some work to do on top of the platform, but that a normal thing. Also they are always updating it, so if you miss some feature, don't worry, it will be there soon for sure.

Albacross gives me the possibility to know which leads visit my website, without form or subscription. It's awesome
I could open each lead and analyze the url of page, have some great insight like linkedin, the number of people in the enterprise. 

But the most important for me is contact. Most of the time, there are some emails or phone numbers behind leads. You could easily identify the right lead and prioritize thank to the list filter.

It is very easy to create segments using the filters provided by the platform (location, number of employees, business category, yearly revenue...).
You can then integrate it with your CRM (we use Pipedrive for example) to have all of the leads that may be interesting and interested inside both platforms, available for your Sales dept.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

Sometimes data is not super accurate or is missing (for example the location of a company may be wrong, or the phone numbers may be missing or not updated), but having to manage a database of thousands of companies, this is understandable.

**Recommendations to others considering Albacross:**

Segments are very easy to create, filters offer a variety of conditions you can choose from, and you can integrate Albacross with your CRM, to export the leads from one platform to another.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to automate the selection process of the companies who visited our websites (we are an ecommerce web agency), based on their characteristics (for example their revenue) and behaviour (for example a specfic page of our website they may have browsed).

Nothing in particular, we're generally happy with Albacross

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a very small company (under 15 people) but we do like how Albacross is working.
It's important for us to see that whenever we promote our work on our websites and social medias, we can see it's getting noticed from the right companies in the industry. We also use it after reaching out for new businesses to see if at least the send emails did raise some interest towards our services.

We're definitely happy with the free-plan so far and we might consider switching to the Premium plan in the future.
