Customer support is only as good as the company you are using. Alarm.com is only the management website that lets you access your alarm system. Using the enterprise dashboard we are able to efficently access and control multiple sites as well as control user access at all of our locations. Updating or removing access has never been easier. The best thing about alarm.com for business is that it is proactive in alerting business in case of any undesirable situations. It provides a real time view of what is happening at multiple locations on one video screen also the açcess user code plays a vital role in the security system for any business and alarm.com solves that problem very easily.
