It's great for centralizing SOPs, KPIs, knowledge, onboarding new teams, and making sure everyone has the same reliable info, no matter their department. **What do you dislike about Akooda Enterprise Search?** I'm pleased with almost everything about it. If I had to choose one downside, it would be the initial challenge of getting the company to adopt it. Although we've overcome that hurdle, it took some time to remind people to check Akooda instead of posting general questions on Slack. **What problems is Akooda Enterprise Search solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us keep better track of how each of our clients is performing. We also could monitor things we couldn't before, like how much are we spending on each client (eg. tracking how many times we are messaging info around that client). On the enterprise search side in particular we are managing to find our docs, SOPs, lead sheets, and anything we use on a day-to-day basis instantly. The team has been great helping us organize the data from our Notion and now migrating everything to another PM tool - Clickup. ### 3.
