What do you like best about Akita?

Akita is pretty easy to navigate with the new user interface and made it easy to implement new play books and messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akita?

The Gmail integration was a bit clunky and isn't best suited for launching playbooks daily with a quick turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akita?

Akita does a great job of offering users easy ways to track and manage tasks around following up with customers. Their integrations with Gmail and salesforce are excellent and help my team stay connected to our goals and unique customer profiles. Their support is seriously top-notch, too. Responses are very fast and extremely applicable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akita?

The list view takes a little time getting used to, but it is still very easy to customize the columns/fields that are important to each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
