Aiven is very easy to use and deploy (in our cloud if needed). Their support is good and helpful. They will give us right docs and reference for BYOA too. It is easy to spin up the services and manage users. Pricing is straight forward.
Implementing the communication with Aiven services is almost same with services which we self host or use.

The main advantage of this solution is the support for updates that are carried out in apache Cassandra, and you have them in a single point. The update is as simple as going to the web administration console and selecting the instance you manage to perform the update.
