Some features work properly in the application, but some features have problems when I use it in a browser. In the application, I also face issues with chat loading time. Whatsapp automation available via API. Pretty cost effective, workflow based automation or mass broadcasts both are possible, but I like how simple the UI is to build your automated workflows... Wherever I get stuck their team also is super helpful in resolving queries. The per message markup is also non that high....and subscription fee is fairly reasonable. I find that AiSensy is quite intuitive. It seems like a tremendous amount of thought has been put into its development. I like AiSensy's WhatsApp payment feature. This feature is very helpful because as soon as the payment is made through WhatsApp, the e-file is automatically transferred to the student. There are a few areas where AiSensy could improve. Adding the flexibility to add, edit, or delete empty projects would make workflow management much smoother. Also, having 24/7 customer support would be a big advantage for businesses that operate round the clock. These improvements would take the platform to the next level. I like AiSensy's retry and tag features. Sometimes my campaign messages were not delivered to the learners, but with the retry feature, the message was sent to them after some time. I started using AiSensy for my business growth and I'm getting good results. The staff of AiSensy is very polite and helpful in every difficult situation which makes me feel grateful.
