What do you dislike about Airtel IQ?

Our experience with Airtel IQ has been nothing short of a disaster. They have completely failed to deliver on their promises, especially when it comes to brand name verification on the DLT platform—a critical process for businesses relying on business communication.

Despite multiple follow-ups, emails, and escalations, Airtel IQ has shown zero accountability and absolutely no urgency in resolving the issue. We've faced major business losses due to our inability to make calls to opt-in customers without business name verification, all thanks to their incompetence and utter lack of support.

What's worse? They simply don’t care. No clear updates, no timelines, no ownership—just scripted responses that go nowhere. It's appalling how a company of this size can be so careless with its clients' business operations.

If you're a business considering Airtel IQ for your communication needs—DON’T. Their platform is unreliable, their support is dysfunctional, and their attitude is negligent.

What do you dislike about Airtel IQ?

Absolutely appalling service from Airtel IQ. We've been waiting for over a MONTH just to get our Brand Name enabled on our DLT account, and despite multiple follow-ups, emails, and tickets raised – there has been ZERO RESPONSE from their support team.

This isn't a minor delay – this is a critical requirement for business communication, and Airtel IQ's complete lack of accountability has directly impacted our ability to reach customers, resulting in major business losses.

We chose Airtel IQ expecting a professional-grade telecom partner, but what we got was radio silence and complete neglect. It's almost impossible to get any human support, and every attempt to escalate is ignored. For a product that claims to cater to enterprises, this level of service is unacceptable and damaging.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.The team has been completely unresponsive and unreliable. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, a simple request like activating the display name for our corporate numbers remains unresolved. Our experience with the Airtel IQ team has been nothing short of a nightmare. For over 3 weeks, we’ve been following up with them to activate the display name for our corporate phone numbers — a basic requirement that any competent team should have handled within a few days.

Despite multiple escalations and follow-ups, all we receive are false assurances that the issue will be “resolved soon.” This exact story has been dragging on for three weeks now with zero accountability and no real action.

The Airtel IQ team clearly has no sense of client service — they are unresponsive, unprofessional, and seem to take their responsibilities completely for granted. It’s shocking how a team managing enterprise communication services can operate with such apathy.

If you're considering using Airtel IQ for your business needs, think again. You’ll be met with one of the most incompetent and useless teams that treats critical client issues with utter disregard. Our experience with Airtel IQ has been nothing short of a nightmare. We've been trying to set up our DLT account and complete brand activation for our own numbers, which are critical for our sales calling operations. It’s been over a month, and not only is the issue still unresolved, but the support and sales teams have been completely ineffective and unresponsive.

Despite multiple follow-ups, all we’ve received are vague responses, broken promises, and zero action. There seems to be no coordination between departments, and no one takes ownership of the problem. This delay has directly resulted in significant operational and financial losses for our business.

If you’re considering Airtel IQ for any business-critical communication needs, I strongly advise against it. Their support system is broken, their processes are opaque, and their handling of even basic onboarding tasks is shockingly poor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
