Our experience with Airtel IQ has been nothing short of a disaster. They have completely failed to deliver on their promises, especially when it comes to brand name verification on the DLT platform—a critical process for businesses relying on business communication.
Despite multiple follow-ups, emails, and escalations, Airtel IQ has shown zero accountability and absolutely no urgency in resolving the issue. We've faced major business losses due to our inability to make calls to opt-in customers without business name verification, all thanks to their incompetence and utter lack of support.
What's worse? They simply don’t care. No clear updates, no timelines, no ownership—just scripted responses that go nowhere. It's appalling how a company of this size can be so careless with its clients' business operations.
If you're a business considering Airtel IQ for your communication needs—DON’T. Their platform is unreliable, their support is dysfunctional, and their attitude is negligent.
