**Reviewed by:** Elman M. | Team Lead, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

We used this mainly to have documentation in one same place without going through folders. This is a great tool to keep track of every document, every meeting or coaching session, it provides great tools to help visualization be smoother, everything is well organized, highly customizable, easy to implement, has a great customer support, and it is easy to integrate with other tools such as G-Sheets, Docs, etc.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Interface is not very user-friendly, it is very difficult to navigate through it and also takes time to get used to it. also mobile application is not as smooth as desktop version,

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly to have our documentation in one single place, so whenever is needed by anyone from our team is easy to access it.

  ### 2. Powerful Database with Customizable Views

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos R. | Customer Success Supervisor, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I appreciate Airtable as a huge database where I can keep almost everything about the clients and add new fields accordingly. I really like the type of views available, as I can personalize the view and reorganize it based on what I need. The ease of setting up new views is also great, especially for leads view. Additionally, the initial setup of Airtable was pretty easy, and I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Lagging and response time

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 3. Feature-Rich Alternative to Sheets and Excel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suman R. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The best thing that I liked about airtable is the no of features it provides. It is great alternative for sheets and excel. it has a lots more features which is very useful

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The Airtable is very complex, it has a steep learning curve. There are vast number of features and it has very high cost

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has solved many problems for us. We have been using sheets before it and it was good but the number of features in sheets is nothing in compared to this. One feature that I liked about Airtable is that we can share airtable databases, and we can set locks that which field they can see or edit. Also it has great integration features. Whenever you make a table in airtable, it makes it visually very appealing and the data feels so clear and not cluttered

  ### 4. Airtable Makes Organizing Feel Effortless and Powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cami C. | Freelancer, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Honestly, what I like best about Airtable is how easy it makes organizing stuff without feeling like you’re stuck in a boring spreadsheet. You can start simple—just rows and columns—but then turn it into something way more powerful with linked records, different views, and even automations. It’s flexible enough that you can use it for anything: tracking projects, managing clients, or even planning personal things like trips or hobbies. The best part is that it feels lightweight and approachable, but still has the depth to grow with whatever you’re working on. It’s kind of like having a spreadsheet that decided to level up into a full-on productivity tool.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

What I dislike about Airtable is that once you start building more complex setups, it can get a bit overwhelming and sometimes feels limited compared to a full database system. Features like advanced reporting or deeper automation often require third‑party integrations or paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re trying to keep things simple and cost‑effective. It’s great for flexibility, but scaling up can expose those gaps

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving the problem of scattered information and rigid tools that don’t adapt well to different workflows. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, project trackers, and separate databases, Airtable brings everything together in one flexible platform. For me, that means I can organize projects, track progress, and connect related data without needing multiple apps or complicated setups. It benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and giving me a clear view of what’s happening across different tasks. The ability to customize views—like switching between a grid, calendar, or kanban board—makes it easier to manage work the way I prefer, while still keeping everything centralized and easy to update.

  ### 5. Highly Customizable, Affordable Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyhra S. | Commercial Real Estate Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like how easy it is to set up and customize Airtable as you go. Their Omni AI feature is very beneficial as it allows you to talk to it and it builds a foundation for you, which you can then tweak slightly. This has saved us a lot of time and has enabled us to build automations so we don't have to work as hard. Additionally, I appreciate that Airtable is extremely affordable for multiple people and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I haven't been able to figure out how to do a public face interactive interface very well.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable allows us to customize how we manage both sales and property management processes, combining several functions that were separate before and reducing reliance on paper. It's very effective in doing so.

  ### 6. My Airtable Experience: Likes, Challenges, and Benefits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Feleecia K. | Operations Associate, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like best about Airtable is how it combines the familiarity of spreadsheets with the power of a full database. It lets me organize complex information in a way that’s still very intuitive. I also really appreciate the flexibility, and being able to customize fields, create different views, and set up automations makes it easy to adapt the system to whatever workflow I’m managing. The collaboration features are also a big plus because everyone can see updates in real time without creating confusion. Overall, it saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes my processes run a lot smoother.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One thing I dislike about Airtable is that as your base grows, it can sometimes slow down or get a bit cluttered. Managing large amounts of data or multiple linked tables can require extra organization. Also, some features, like advanced automation limits and interface options, are restricted unless you’re on a premium plan.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves the problem of having information scattered across different spreadsheets, emails, and systems. It gives me one centralized place to organize everything in a structured and visually clear way. Instead of juggling multiple tools or manually updating spreadsheets, I can track projects, tasks, and data in real time and share it with the team instantly. The ability to link records, automate steps, and create different views saves a lot of time and reduces errors. Overall, it helps streamline my workflow, improves organization, and makes managing information much more efficient.

  ### 7. Intuitive AI Automations That Make Setup Fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azyea M. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love the AI feature for creating automations or rules. It’s very intuitive and easy to use, and it makes the setup process quick.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Learning how to incorporate the bases and layers can feel cumbersome, and it really requires you to teach yourself. There’s a lot of trial and error involved before it starts to make sense.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to create individual dashboards for our notaries so they can track their stats and see where they can improve.

  ### 8. Airtable: Powerful, Customizable, and Effortlessly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gautam K. | Technical Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

Airtable is a platform that brings the power of a database and the ease-of-use of a spreadsheet into one. It is highly configurable and easy to customize, so you can easily create workflows, views and automations without requiring a huge amount of technical knowledge. The different views (grid, kanban, calendar, gallery), great integrations and automation provide a robust tool for structuring information, working with a team and turning data into work.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It starts getting pricey as you use more of it, especially if you require pro features or multiple collaborators.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves the problem of scattered and manual data management by centralizing information into flexible, easy-to-use workflows. It helps me stay organised, improve visibility across projects, reduce manual effort through automation, and move faster without needing complex tools or engineering support.

  ### 9. Visually Intuitive and Extremely Functional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika T. | Artist Relations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really love the layout of Airtable, especially seeing the Preview as a little picture icon, which is so visually appealing. This aspect is particularly nice because most of the time we only see file names, so having an actual photo is appealing. Airtable also offers more functionality compared to the previous tool we used, Google Sheets. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for our team of five.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Maybe having a learning hub to show more functions that I’m unaware of

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to manage artist relations, organizing advances and documents all in one place for team access. It’s more functional than Google Sheets, keeping us organized.

  ### 10. All-in-One Workflow Solution with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefanie L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I find Airtable easy to build new things and the end user ease of use is fantastic. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools and how easy it is to build automations. It's really helpful to be able to integrate with tools like NetSuite to read product information, Slack to send reminders, and email tools or Typeform to automatically create records.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I feel like there could be more guidance on scalability when Airtable is used across the entire organization. Also, some kind of 'portal seats' should be made available for internal users who only need one interface.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves intransparency and having several sources of truth by centralizing information, reducing reliance on multiple Google Sheets and tools. It provides a single source of truth, ensures transparency, and automates workflows across my company, enhancing ease of use.

  ### 11. Versatile Tool with Customization Power

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara G. | Business Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really appreciate how Airtable syncs and saves all the data for account holders. I also love building custom apps without needing any coding, which allows me to tailor them to our workflow. It's great that Airtable combines everything, solving the need to use many other programs or apps to track various account information.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I think the app can be improved with saving data and it lags. Sometimes it doesn't save in real time. It did take time to adjust to, but not too much trouble.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to consolidate tracking customer account info, syncing and saving data seamlessly. It lets me build custom apps without coding, tailoring workflows effectively.

  ### 12. Airtable: The Ultimate Upgrade from Excel for Streamlined Data Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali K. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are lots of rows and columns in this software and it becomes easy to line up monthly and yearly tasks. Also it help us in managing upcoming projects and makes a proper data sheet where every data related to our upcoming project can be mentioned and get edited whenever needed to make the work of our teams more resourceful

According to my experience airtable lacks range of formulas unlike MS Excel for compiling all the data which are being entered into its sheets during the data entry process also the analysis data is not that much detailed in comparison with google sheet and advance excel that I have used before.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 18. Airtable: Advanced Features and Seamless Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman A. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I have been using Airtable for more than 3 years now and this is one of the most advanced spreadsheet that I have ever used. The software is packed with different type of table management features and you can also add photos and videos to these documents. The software helps us in sending regular reminders and emails to our all the latest leads automatically.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

As learning each and every feature of Google sheet and MS Excel was already a difficult task earlier and the struggle is same with airtable and mostly for new users because learning it's all the usability is slow and time taking process. You will need a proper training session of more than 45 days to learn each and every feature and work perfectly by taking its optimum benefits.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most usable feature of Airtable is that the whole team can work in a collaboration on a same project and the software is completely customizable for any kind of work or business. You can create list of inventory, list of customer leads or something else related to all your business. All of these data can be easily maintained on this software with maximum accuracy.

  ### 19. Airtable is an intuitive tool with limited functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is an easy to use database collaboration software. It's easy to collaborate on a BOM within an engineering team as long at it's not a large team. I really like that you can make personalised views with custom filterings.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable is expensive for start-ups when the team becomes larger. Export functionalities are limited. Adding documents to airtable is not recommended to do. Complex formulas are not possible in Airtable. UI can be a bit non-intuitive.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to make a bill of materials (BOM) for our hardware product, which was intially doable within Airtable. However, you quickly notice that the functionalities are limited for this purpose.

  ### 20. User-Friendly with a Professional Touch, but Pricing Constraints

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhazzmyn J. | Communication and Marketing Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I mainly use Airtable for filling out forms and creating them. I like its clean, professional look and find the software user-friendly when filling something out or needing someone else to fill out an application. I appreciate the ease of flow and how easy it is to create a form. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The price and constraints are a bit of a downside. You can only have so many people fill out or help create a form for free, which almost forces you into upgrading.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Airtable gives a clean, professional look and is user-friendly when creating or filling out forms.

  ### 21. Airtable: Lego-Like Flexibility to Build MVPs Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paris W. | Assistant Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is like a collection of legos. You can buy a new set and have an MVP in hours, or you can tinker and make something truely unique and to your specifications. I love that we don't need to invest thousands in a handful of specialized tools that won't easily fit together.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I think the learning curve can be challenging for less technical users. That's why it's very encouraging to see airtable investing so much time in their learning resources and product features like Interfaces that are more universally friendly. There are still some improvements to be made for accessibility, but they have published their plan to address them and are making improvements.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The list is extensive! I database for applications and applicant funnel workflows. It's a database and tool for our asset management and reservation system. We use it for our internal project management system, marketing workflows, and co working space facilities management. We use it as a public facing portal for event registration and more.

  ### 23. Empowering and Easy-to-Use, but some AI features feel empty

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is the cornerstone our project management workflows. I use Airtable professionally and personally for video project management at work, personal finance, and side project organization. It is a wonderful way to organize data that makes my professional and personal lives streamlined. I find Airtable very user-friendly, empowering me to create automatic workflows without needing coding knowledge. Having a 'source of truth' in data management gives me a sense of security. Creating workflows provides a feeling of satisfying creative self-expression, similar to my video editing work. The active Airtable community is helpful, often providing walkthroughs when I Google workflow questions. Airtable empowers me to live my most organized life. The initial setup was very easy, and I found it fun from the get-go, being satisfying and quick to learn.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Record limits and automation limits can be frustrating. The new features with omni and field agents feel promising, but often I find more value in building a base manually. The airtable AI credits process is a bit confusing to follow, even though it's gotten better. Also, when omni builds a base, I often want to start from scratch, since many of the auto-generated fields seem irrelevant.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable for both work and personal projects, making data organization seamless. It's user-friendly, letting me create automatic workflows without coding knowledge. It empowers my personal and professional organization, providing security and creative satisfaction in managing workflows.

  ### 24. Intuitive and Efficient Knowledge Hub Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo E. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really like the ease of use with Airtable. It's very easy to set up, add, and maintain whatever work needs to be done. The integration capabilities are also very useful, allowing me to fetch content from multiple sources and push alerts into others. The initial setup was extremely easy—I just had to sign up, and I got immediate access to the product. Once you're there, it's very easy and intuitive to work on it.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I feel like sometimes when it comes to having more customization to specific workflows or how data needs to be kept, it may be a little bit limiting. But overall, I think that is to be expected and this is just on a few edge cases which can have workarounds.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable as a knowledge hub, reducing the complexity of keeping a database and making it simple to maintain.

  ### 25. Great tool to allow large groups to interact with large datasets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Psychologist and Director of Student Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

As a school and more specifically as the team that supports students that provides preventions and supports for students who may struggle, we have a ton of information to manage. AirTable has allowed us when they are struggling. With minimal computer background, I've been able to build robust low-code tools that our teams have been able to use to track student info, visualize student information in one place, and keep track of mountaints of interactions and supports for students. The automation tools have also allowed us to automate a plethora of routine support tasks and devote much more time to helping students. and make sure we don't miss important things. The interfaces and interactions have become our absolute daily go-to tool for finding and keeping track of information for students in need. The seamless integration with Salesforce allows us to keep up to date with our school's backend database

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Lots of fantastic building around AI. As a HIPPA bound organization, we can't take advantage of it as much as I'd like. Working on making that possible or jsut continuing development in other areas would be great

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirTable allows us to see all the information in one place and to have dedicated places to work with specific information using custom interfaces and views. By only having to type information once, our student administration and support teams are always up to date. The automation tools allow us to automatically reach out to new students, calculate student attendance details, and keep track of interactions. Before AirTable, these task took significant time and effort. With AirTable we have much much more time to spend with students, families, and teachers.

I enjoy how it aids in cross-functional teams coordination; the table format makes the workflow easier to manage. The multiteam onboarding feature in Airtable definitely simplifies project management, and the table format enhances its usability. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Option to integrate with other platforms could be made easier

I use Airtable for easy approval flow. It simplifies managing projects with multiteam onboarding, and its table format enhances usability for cross-functional team coordination.

  ### 27. Best practices for data management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chetan J. | Data analysis, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like most about Airtable is that it displays data in a very accurate way and arranges it automatically. Many things are automated in it, so I don't have to do a lot of tasks. It also manages things very well and many things are then available automatically. Besides, I really like its offline availability.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

If there is a need for improvement in something, it is in its usage. New users might face some difficulty in using Airtable. It should be explained in detail to new users what happens when they do certain things. There was also some difficulty during the initial setup, such as taking time to understand some things.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to keep data in one place and keep it secure, where it can be easily modified. It becomes easy to distribute data from Airtable to various departments and create groups, which also simplifies mathematical tasks.

  ### 28. A Flexible, No-Code Database Platform for Scalable Workflow Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nabin P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What we like most about Airtable is its flexibility. It combines the simplicity of spreadsheets with relational database capabilities, making it easy to manage data, collaborate, and automate workflows. Features like views, linked records, and automations help tailor data for different teams, connect related information, and reduce manual work. The intuitive interface, templates, and clear documentation also make setup quick with minimal onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Some limitations of Airtable include higher costs at scale, record and automation limits, and limited support for complex relational logic. Advanced permissions, deeper querying, and more flexible pricing and API controls would improve its suitability for larger and more technical workflows.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable replaces complex spreadsheets with a more scalable way to manage structured data. It simplifies project tracking, improves collaboration, and automates workflows using views, linked records, and automations, making data management more efficient.

  ### 29. Easy to Use, Powerful Automations Beyond Excel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The ease of use and the range of things I can do with it -- it can do things I wish I could figure out in Excel (easy things) and it can automate processes linked up with Softr and other services (much more complext)

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It's expensive for me, a low-income self-employed consultant.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it in many different ways. I built an app with Softr and Airtable holds and manages all the data. I track grants from loi to reporting. We've used it to create maps on our website. Many things.

  ### 30. Standardizes Procedures Across Locations with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

3. It is user friendly to use
4. It offers great integration libraries to establish a one-way or 2-way sync between different software systems.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

1. Pricing is a bit overwhelming.Free and lower plans have imposed limits on storign the multi media files that can be a bottleneck.
2. Airtable is totally cloud based solution which might lead to high infrastructure cost and sometimes limit the data accessibility in offline situations as they don't offer any off-cloud services.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a proejct manager, it greatly helps to manage the end-to-end implementation plan for a project by allowing to build relational databases. Moreover the emerging AI offering are coming into help by automating some intensely repetitive tasks.

  ### 37. Expensive and Less User-Friendly Than Asana, Lacking Task Completion tick button

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christelle I. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

- Ease of integration, yes
- We use it as a ticketing system, it provided us a way to automate escalation of tickets
- Nice kankban view for a ticketing system

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

- There is no ticking project to complete, you have to update the status by selecting
- It doesn't provides props when you complete a task
- It is expensive
- I don't find it very user friendly compared to asana

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. It's solving the streamlining of customer support at my organization. We are able to easily customize it to support us in the needs we have in a support system.
2. It is a central place where we are putting all our partner's projects and saving insights easily for future use. We are also able to connect it to different dashboard. It's really solving the problem of fragmented systems that were being used for the different streams of work we have. It has become one central place from which we use for surveys, insights, project and task tracking, integration with our weekly mailers for compiled data analysis, etc.

  ### 38. Beautiful, Functional UI with Great App Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayushi D L. | Webflow Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The UI and the available app integrations🔥🔥

Makes presenting and sharing data/metrics not just pretty but also functional!!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The pricing is a bit steep, especially for a sole proprietor like me.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes data much more manageable, and it feels less messy, both visually and in terms of structure.

To me, it’s basically a mix of Excel and Google Sheets, but more refined and smarter to use.

  ### 39. Airtable Makes Project Management Simple, Fast, and Frictionless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralf H. | Product Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I love most is how easy it is to use. The user experience feels genuinely simple, intuitive, fast, and automated, so I can get things done without friction. Everything I need is in one place, without any hassle. Unlike other project management tools that can quickly feel overwhelming, Airtable keeps things straightforward and simplifies the whole process.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I haven’t had any issues or problems with it so far. It helps teams stay coordinated without turning project management into a full-time job. It also allows new team members to adapt quickly, which is a huge boost to productivity.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an excellent project management tool that makes it easy to create projects and add team members to each one. It helps cut down on confusion, strengthens accountability, and makes sure important updates—such as health and safety notices—reach the right people quickly.

  ### 40. Performant and organised work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable was used to track the statuses of our negotiated contracts. It made it much easier to delegate who was responsible for each contract, see what stage it was in, and understand which steps we needed to cover next. We also had lots of documents and some catalogues tied to those contracts, representing discounts for specific parts in maintenance, for example. This is where it really shines: even with large amounts of data across multiple rows, we didn’t experience any lag while scrolling. That was honestly mind-blowing, because when we used different supplier websites for similar information, they lagged a lot.

It was easy to implement and integrate, and customer support seemed responsive whenever we needed help. We used it quite frequently without issues—no downtime—and we also weren’t worried about losing important data, like we sometimes are with locally stored files.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I don’t like the limitations on the plans, especially around storage and AI credits. For instance, the Team plan only allows 50k records, which can be troublesome when you’re working with large documents. We’re also somewhat concerned about vendor lock-in and how easy it is to export data. That said, we did find ways to export our data if needed, which is a relief, but it also meant we had to learn another tool to make it work.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, we manage a lot of catalogues and contracts tied to those catalogues (e.g., part discounts and which contract covers that discount), and many of these include a large number of rows. In other tools, records with that many rows would usually lag and feel slow, but we didn’t encounter that at all here.

We were also able to add records and then view them using the multiple views feature, which was especially helpful since we had pictures of the parts referenced. Different services benefited from this as well, because we could assign records (e.g., HVAC System Maintenance) along with the supplier’s previous work, so we had a reference for their portfolio. Overall, we saw it as an “Excel on steroids,” since we could keep this kind of portfolio in one place. It was really neat and could even be used to show off how strong our team is. It worked well for us.

Also in other parts of our team, that I did not have access to but was in process of integrate, was the Salesforce integration which I heard that it worked ok as we also received some exports of contracts in a way that was desired for our work.

  ### 41. Flexible, Easy Customization for Building Team Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald P. | Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like mostly its flexibility and ease of customization. It gives teams to create own workflows using different field types, linked records and more.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Only one thing that I dislike is advanced feature and higher record limits are only in paid plans that can be increase costs as per usage.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable really solves the issue of scattered data excel, spreadsheets to one place centralized that manage data in real time.

  ### 42. Unmatched Flexibility and Intuitive Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DONGA UDAYA S. | Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I appreciate most about Airtable is its remarkable flexibility. You can begin with a basic spreadsheet and, over time, transform it into a robust system by making use of views, linked records, and automations. The interface is both clean and intuitive, which really helps make collaboration straightforward, even for those who aren't particularly technical.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One aspect I find frustrating about Airtable is its pricing structure and the restrictions on features. A number of valuable tools, such as advanced automations and increased record limits, are only available on the more costly plans. Additionally, when handling very large or complex datasets, the platform can become sluggish and more difficult to manage.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable addresses the challenge of managing structured information without the need for complicated tools or technical expertise. Instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets, emails, and manual tracking, it provides a single, organized system. For me, this means I save time, make fewer mistakes, and can more easily monitor projects, collaborate with others, and maintain a clear overview of work progress all in one place.

  ### 43. Airtable helps with peace for mind and sustains my workflow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nashé R. | Singer / Poet, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like that it helps me stay organized by creating a centralized system for tracking my credentials and username logs. The platform keeps everything structured and easily accessible, which streamlines my workflow and ensures I never lose track of important login information.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I don't have any real dislikes about Airtable. There was a small learning curve when I first started using it, but once I got familiar with the features, it's been a great tool for staying organized

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable addresses the chaos of managing multiple credentials and logs across different platforms. It centralizes everything into one organized system, which benefits me by improving my efficiency, eliminating the frustration of forgotten passwords or misplaced information, and allowing me to focus on my work rather than hunting for login details.

  ### 44. Clean, Flexible Views That Make Organizing Data a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan G. | Founder, Systems Saved Me, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love how Airtable has set views for the same data. Nothing is more clean cut than how you can organize your data to fit different purposes.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The Interfaces can't be public, which is unfortunate. I would love to have that functionality.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to organize my data to be more usable versus just nice to have. It automates a lot in my business as well with my data which makes me happy.

  ### 45. Creation and customization of digital applications with Airtable resources.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ghay W. | Digital Security Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

As an Airtable user I can say that it is a solid and productive work program for creating the highest quality operational applications to manage all of your organization's digital processes.

I can also say that Airtable offers a quick and easy registration process, facilitating the adoption of new systems and work applications for your business activities.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I have no negative comments about Airtable's virtual features and resources, my experience has been positive and professional and I can recommend using this advanced program.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has allowed me to create high quality applications that fit my professional processes and operations, improving the performance of my business activities and facilitating the fulfillment of all my business objectives.

  ### 46. Versatile Views and Automation in One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daphne D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really like Airtable's multiple views because I can look at a grid, Kanban, and calendar gallery. It's super helpful since it lets different stakeholders see the same data in different ways they appreciate, like grids, Kanban boards, or calendar galleries, which helps them compare this to their work effort. Also, the automations are pretty good for handling those repetitive tasks in workflows.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Well, pricing escalates quickly as my teams grow. The automations are strong, but sometimes it seems as though it's limited for complexities. And had to be careful on how you set up the permissions.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps by providing multiple views like grid, Kanban, and calendar, allowing stakeholders to see data in their preferred format. It automates repetitive tasks, streamlines workflows, links records, and offers templates, which enhance efficiency.

  ### 47. Versatile Tool with Room for Performance Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praneethvallem R. | intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I use Airtable for project management, content planning, tracking inventory, managing events, and organizing customer relationships. I appreciate that Airtable empowers me to quickly create custom views and efficient workflows. I like that it functions as a hybrid between a spreadsheet and a relational database, allowing me to use two features instead of relying on different software. It dramatically enhances work processes by providing a centralized, dynamic, and flexible data management system. I also use Airtable with automation tools like Zapier and some other no-code tools. I will rate it a 10; it’s a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I faced some performance issues with very large datasets, including slow processing and memory limits. The initial setup wasn't so hard but took some effort to know everything.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to track projects, create custom views, and build efficient workflows. It dramatically enhances work processes by providing a centralized, dynamic, and flexible data management system.

  ### 48. Flexible and Customizable Tool That Adapts to My Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel M. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It’s flexible and adapts to my needs. I can easily design the tool I need.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

What we don't like is that the mobile interface is not fully functional.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team collaboration is very simple: sharing data and having it all located in the same place is easy and practical.

  ### 49. The one Saas subscription I couldn't see myself cancelling

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean P. | Marketing Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable allows me the ability to quickly set up basic systems for myself or clients that function the way I want them to – without having to go out and add another subscription to my budget.

I've built simple yet robust apps ranging from task management, CRMs, content management, and more.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable's pricing model is unreasonable for many potential customers. I find it works really well for soloists with one or two teammates, and it works well for enterprise companies – but not for those in between.

And unfortunately, it's also unreasonable for agencies and consultants like myself. I have an Airtable Business account, yet if a client adds me to their workspace, they are required to pay for an additional seat.

Tools like Webflow allow "freelancers" or "agencies" to be added to client workspaces if they have an existing paid account –– Airtable would be wise to adopt this.

I would recommend Airtable to *nearly* everyone if it wasn't for their pricing model that intentionally leaves out customers who could greatly benefit from the tool.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can setup a feature-rich database with in-app automations very quickly, without needing to code.

  ### 50. Airtable Integrates Easily Across Platforms for Versatile Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willem S. | Property Practitioner, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is easy to integrate with other platforms, which makes it a great fit for a wide range of projects and use cases.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Advanced Integrations are a bit hard for the beginner...

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making databasing easier and accessible for everyone.
