We can altogether avoid the hassle of printing and scanning documents to get them signed. It is beneficial, especially during these times when everything is going digital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislike the fact that sometimes we can only tick one box; for example, we can't only choose one box to tick, we cannot leave a box unticked which is a hassle when we need to approve/disapprove something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite aspect of this software is that you can literally drag and drop the document into the system rather than having to upload it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were a feature that would allow you to stay signed in for a certain period of time (e.g., 12 hours) so I don't have to continue to sign in all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I mostly use SignNow for internal corporate signatures. The upload and template features are easy to use. The app is also easy and quick. It makes the whole process painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint is about the number of steps to set up your signature. It would be great to have a two-click request for signature feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very simple interface and easy to add fields etc to your documents.
iPhone app is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very generic support and training videos are not good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how you could do a bulk invite to multiple people to cut down on how many times you have to send that document. Also setting reminders to remind the people to sign the document is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was a learning curve, in the beginning, to learn how to navigate everything. Once you figure out how everything works, it is not bad at all. I also do not like how many emails notifications you get when someone signs your documents it fills up my inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I can bind my policies online, which is way more convenient for everyone because the customers won't have to drive to an office so they can close and sign a policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the fact that I receive many confirmation emails just because I sent the invite to someone. That way my inbox gets full of unnecessary emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy interface for simple docs. Signed docs arrive as attachments via email, and they satisfy a state law that requires keeping the IP address of the signers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a client uses the link to access a document, I get an email that the link was clicked but I have no idea who it was who clicked. Would like some way of ferreting that information. Also, I'd like to have some free-form way for customers to fill in informational data that's appended to the contract. Finally, it is difficult to use on a smartphone without downloading the app... my clients will likely only be using it once and so don't really want to download an app to their phone. Ease of use, simplicity, solid performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After an update you're signed off, you share a PDF to SignNow and after completing it you cannot save your work due to the fact that you'd been signed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is quite easy to use. The pricing is reasonable and much lower than docusign or other equivalent alternates. The signing experience on docusign is definitely better and looks more professional but Signnow is not very far behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their app user interface has definitely improved over time but still has some way to go to match docusign. While they match docusign in terms of features on paper, the user experience definitely has scope for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the signed form is sent directly to my email in PDF form so that I can print it directly from the message. This saves me and my company time by not having to log into the website to retrieve the signed documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clients sometimes have a hard time navigating the invitation we send to complete the form. Every so often a client will have their invitation delivered to their spam account which slows down the process of getting the completed documents returned back to our office. Sometimes clients also will use the term Docusign and expect the email to come from that provider even when we correct them that it will be from SignNow. This is not a problem that can be fixed simply. Moreover, using a platform that does not have the same name recognition as others leads to condusion and mistrust.
