1. There was no one to guide me and show me how to use this platform.

2. There IS no customer service line to call (800-number) direct to get assistance or someone to walk me through the "How To's" of Sign Now.

3. It feels like one is on their own as there is a lot of time wasted through " testing" the templates and dealing with trial and error.

It's not as popular as other platforms such as docusign leading to people being confused when they receive a signing link.
