I am not technically savvy. A previous Director of Projects for our program found SignNow and got us registered to use the platform. As a non-technical person, I appreciate the straightforward, well-communicated steps to follow when uploading a document for e-signing. Not really a "dislike", but it might be helpful for SignNow to "nudge" a signer by re-sending the invitation to sign if the request to sign has not been addressed after 5 days. I myself get distracted and often lose a request for me to co-sign a document. An automatic reminder that can be set up when setting up the document would be most helpful. Really good software with lots of API bots to external software that makes the data import and transfers really easy. Possibility to add variables and formulas within a document and write back into the software.
They are Improving and developing every month to reduce software imitations based on customer problems and requests.

Functionality top rate and endless possibilities, being able to generate documents from scratch or used a set one and sign document without having to purchase different programs or licenses. Before the versioning feature, if a flow was active, to make any change, you needed to duplicate the flow and create a new one.
Folder creation to ordinate Flows and more KPI possibilities or export of slates status report download will be nice to have.
