The reception area allows participants to sit at virtual tables and interact with people they know, or they can network and meet new people. The backstage area allows organizers and presenters to prepare and problem solve behind the scenes, before beginning a session. The automatic recording of the sessions freed up time for organizers to trouble-shoot other matters. Multiple interaction panes allow for general conversation and specific questions to presenters (and begina able to access those session question later was valuable). Inviting those asking questions to the stage was incredibly useful both in allowing the audience to understand the question being asked and in stimulating further dialogue. Lastly, the ability to set up a ticketing and registration process was invaluable. I especially like the Social Lounge and Booths. As someone who produces events whose value relies largely on peer-to-peer learning and the fun and learning experiences people can have with exhibit booths at conferences. I also like the community-oriented feel and the look. (I didn't think that black and purple could seem inviting, but it seems to work.) But what most impressed me were two things: The stream of useful updates, and the responsiveness of their service staff and leaders. **What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?** The fact that (as of July 22, 20021), you can't get all the features if you use mobile phone or tablet is disappointing, as is requiring users to be on Chrome or Edge browsers. It is better than at least the other common platforms that are used for various online meets, etc. The rates are decent enough and the support we received from airmeet's team was appreciable. Which discouraged us to use it for purposes where we wanted more than 50 people turning on their cameras especially for the shows.
