I like how live it feels in the booths, virtual meeting spaces, fluid spaces, tables, leaderboard, and speed networking. You can integrate Spatial.io galleries too. Looking forward to the virtual reality. Customer service is top notch. I've always had my questions answered. I find it easy to use. It has so many features that implementation and integration can be a bit lengthy, but between the documentation and live support, I've never not been able to get something done. We have an international community and in person events can be very expensive and not accessible to most people. So this year we decided to move our big in person conference online. We wanted a platform that would give us as close to an in person feel- with mulitple breakout rooms, and lots of space for spontaneous connection with other participants- which airmeet does. There is a lot to learn about the platform but the airmeet team has provided excellent customer service and helped us get up to speed for a successful event. **What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?** The only downside that we have discovered is that the registration page wasn't able track sales from our different ads in the way we were hoping. That being said, the airmeet team was very willing to work with us and although our request to them came in too short of time before the event to implement something new, their team was very receptive to building a solution for our next event. When we ran our first large-scale event hosted on Airmeet, our customers were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the whole experience. They kept asking what platform it was. The tool offers a great deal of functionalities that ensure a great virtual event, including emojis, live feeds, and notifications. This is such an upgrade from using an ordinary webinar platform. As a whole, it was relatively easy to navigate around and familiarize oneself with the tool. I especially value the fact that Airmeet has native integrations with other platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, which makes the operation much easier to handle data-wise. In addition, support is quick. We had a Slack channel where we could chat directly with the Airmeet team and get answers to our questions in a timely manner. Such as, banners that can be taken on and off the screen, transition videos, etc. There is also a strange thing that happens with the Hubspot integration. It is a must to set up the Hubspot contact list immediately before marketing the event. The push from Airmeet does not work correctly with Hubspot. **What problems is Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Airmeet has solved most of the issues that have come up. We had an issue during one of our multi-session events that was caused by a 3rd party. Airmeet provided a solution for the first part of our next event to make sure it went smooth.
