**What do you like best about Airia?**

I love the breadth and scale of the platform e.g. largest choice of LLMs, ever growing list of integrated tools, vetted MCP servers, and variety of data connectors.
The platform has built in security, governance, and visibility as key differentiating features and Airia addresses many of the enterprise concerns and objections to the adoption of agentic AI.

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

(Very minor but) Sometimes the delay in processing is slightly longer than the native experience in platforms like ChatGPT and Claude (when using those models) however, this is an acceptable issue given the data and platform security that Airia provides over a minor processing delay.

**What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an Airia partner, we use this internally and implement for our customers. The platform solves the problem of enterprise grade secure and governed AI for organisations, without hindering innovation or requiring significant technical skills. This benefits us and our customers with rapid prototyping (innovation) without the traditional expense of security and governance.

**What do you like best about Airia?**

Airia makes it extremely easy to build agents. The UI is very friendly which makes it easy to understand. The integrated chat feature makes rollout a breeze since you don't need to worry about hosting. Customer service has been great to work with as well.

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

Airia is relatively new, so they are still building out features. Not necessarily a dislike though as they are quick to incorporate feedback.

**What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have built several agents in Airia. One of the agents I built works to verify that all fields within an ERP module have been completed (our ERP will not allow us to make them mandatory). If the field is blank, the agent will use tools to search the internet and find the missing information and prompt the user for verification before updating our ERP.

**What do you like best about Airia?**

The flexibility of being able to create and configure specific agents for work.  The customer support team and our dedicated tech experts being on hand to discuss ideas and assist.  Flexible integrations and general implementation.  The contract model really works for us as well.

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

There are a couple of features, which I now are being worked on, that would enhance use particularly in the legal sector for example citations.

**What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to build custom agents that service different practice areas, as well as specific agents for tasks such as Comparing documents for changes, building chronology, financial analysis, report generators and legal assistance.  The commercial model allows us to increase adoption of this type of technology across many areas of our business, not just legal.

**What do you like best about Airia?**

Airia takes away a ton of the friction in deploying AI across a business. Out of the box, it gives us built-in guardrails, compliance, and a universal key for token usage, so there is no need to manage genai cost across multiple providers. The platform makes it easy for non-technical users to access AI through a clean chat interface, while giving admins the control they need. They also have a very responsive support team.

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

Two limitations: the number of built-in integrations is still smaller than their more mature competitors and lacks some RBAC functionality.

**What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Airia to provide safe, company-wide access to AI agents without having to worry about shadow IT, unmanaged API keys, or data leakage. It helps us move faster on AI projects because governance, access management, and compliance are handled automatically. For our business, this means faster adoption, lower security risk, and more confidence from leadership in rolling out AI.

**What do you like best about Airia?**

- People, have had a great experience from sales through BAU support. Their team has stuck with me throughout my entire somewhat unique use case.
- Makes things simple. Easy to swap models, track changes to agents and monitor spend

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

Not a dislike, but an area where they're continuing to improve is API integration with the platform. I've had some sporadic issues with calls failing and some confusion around my initial implementation. I see regular updates to their documentation which I imagine mitigate some of these issues for new users, and their support team has always picked up the phone to help me work through my problems.

**What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline integration with models, allowing for quick and easy model switching and saving development time
Handle all token passthrough costs, making account management and expense tracking easy
Version control of prompts, tools and agents is transparent and simple, saving on development time and preventing versioning issues

**What do you like best about Airia?**

Governance and Auditability.  The tool is evloving in a good way.  The support that I have gotten to date has been second to none.

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

End user experience is where I would like to see a lot of focus.  For us to feel comfortable using in AI usage in our enterprise we need this tool.  Combating the "not like other chat agents" (i.e. ChatGPT or Perplexity).  Also getting the Agentic build for an end user to be more robust will go a long way.

I can build AI into my business processes without heavy integration or coding needed. They have a platform that includes security which is critical for this area especially for my company. Implementation was easy with the user interface and the support from the technical team was over and above.

Growing pains of a young company but pedigree to ensure you have a long term partner.

I was able to introduce AI into our workflows quickly, without the burden of complex coding or lengthy integrations. The platform gave us the confidence to move forward because security is built in from the start, something that’s absolutely essential for our business. The rollout was smooth, thanks to an intuitive interface, and the technical team went far beyond expectations to make sure we were successful.

I love the flexbility we have with how to build agents. We have a ton of possibility with the various options. I also love how quickly we can stand up agents.

**What do you dislike about Airia?**

It seems that we continue to find quirks as we move along. There are specific things that our industry needs to consider and learning some of these things down the road can be very challenging.

**What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airia is providing a secure way for our people to leverage LLM technology. Airia is also improving performance for our people's writing skills and saving time for administrative tasks.
