I like that the airfocus application is lightweight in comparison to the industry standard task trackers / team trackers (i.e. Jira, Wrike, ClickUp etc.). It is great that I can plan my own backlog structure, the interface works as efficiently as a spreadsheet with some cool additional functionality. The setup was also quite quick for me and our team. The price is quite high for me in particular. However, the amount of value we got from using airfocus is significantly more than the price we're paying.

Flexibility and modularity of the Airfocus platform - everything is customizable and extremely user-friendly. Learning the tool is simply a pleasure. Since I started using the platform, my product management life has become way more organized and structured. There's nothing really to dislike about the product itself.

One thing that I just came across - they have released the 'Hierarchy' feature lately, and of course, this is a beta version for now, but some more introduction on how and where to find the setting enabling the hierarchy structure would be appreciated. I found it eventually updating settings for a different item, but this wasn't so obvious.

I like the flexibility and power of custom fields to define what is important to us. In addition, having a consolidated view of all products and building a total product roadmap of everything to show and discuss with stakeholders. I like the JIRA synchronisation. Hierarchies are very useful. The experience with it, adding child elements, view the bigger picture and drilling down is complicated. I need the feature but need time to adapt to it. Regarding Feedback&Insights. I'd to apply Itamar Gilad's confidence wheel framework for priorization. To this goal, insights are collected and weighted. A/B testing insight has higher confidence than an oppinion or customer request for instance. Would great to have it for the prioritization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AirFocus does well on the UX; it is straightforward to use. The tool requires minimal ramp-up. It offers custom fields and custom views that provide flexibility to view and share roadmaps. The timeline view provides an excellent visual representation of the roadmap, which external stakeholders easily understand.

The tool does not provide a direct way to link dependencies across workspaces. The priority scoring module needs a bit for training and ramp-up. Easy customer interface, continuous new features - we find the Priority Ratings, the Insights and the different display options beneficial. I enjoy how adaptable it is, so I can pick a template that I need and modify it. I utilized a project management roadmap template, and I really like how it's set out with the tasks list, kanban board, and timeline, which are three critical views I require. I believe your customer education should be enhanced. Although you offer a lot of useful stuff, it wasn't at the center of my onboarding experience. We built up a "onboarding sequence" that provides our consumers a nugget of help each day for the first 7 days (during their trial) to educate them on how to set up their websites with us. Those emails include a video instruction for each function, which appears to be really helpful. We've discovered that the more information a user enters into our system, the more likely they are to continue using it, which significantly decreases churn.
