As a transportation company, it fits our needs quite well. It allows us to keep track of where the vehicle phones are, allows us to have specific apps installed and available to our drivers while restricting other apps we don't want them to use. Finally, it allows us the ability to troubleshoot problems on the vehicle phones without having to pull in the vehicles from their shifts; issues can be remotely resolved. I can't really say there's anything I dislike about the product itself. Everything it's capable of doing feature-wise, it pretty much does and excels at. There is sometimes a hick-up, though, when attempting to remote into a vehicle phone. Although I believe it to be an Android problem and not so much an AirDroid problem, it will require the person holding the phone to accept the connection. This doesn't always happen, but it can be challenging to get access to the phone physically to enable it to start the remote access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easily everything functions. It just works. I've tried so many other MDM solutions and they were clunky, unreliable, and expensive. AirDroid puts our entire mobile device fleet at my finger tips. While the support is great, there can be a communication gap with them being an overseas company that can result in delayed correspondance. Luckily, the need for this has been a very rare occurance. Extremely easy to use that comes with a ton of features like screenshot saving. Overall easy to manage software which makes operations ramp up extremely fast. Before Airdroid we would spend entire weeks on training for the new members of the operation! In contrast, now we only need to spend a couple of days on it. The unfortunate part is that full access and functionality is not unlocked yet. It is important to have full root access to files which is not the case, but may be solved eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can log into the portal and remotely update the proprietary software on our tablets. I also can remotely view the tablet screens, and this allows me to adjust the tablets if I am having any issues. Most commonly, my problem is with data use due to the end-user turning on the location/gps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airdroid does many things so well. Specifically, I like the windows desktop app that allows me to quickly remotely access a player so that I can see exactly what is happening on my endpoint devices.
