After testing 2 other similar tools i can say that Its better and reliable than anydesk in term of connectivity and too cost effective compared to Teamviewer QS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only complain i have is the basic Remote Support Plan is capped based on Free Hours and secondly the Admin cannot type on remote device using their keyboard, rest all works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been a very friendly software for the control of our mobile devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the response time, when I have a question, it can improve, I understand the time change because we are in another continent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote control works great. Device's alerts are helpful. Enrollment step is quite easy (maybe the easiest compare to all other alternatives) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Slow support. Remote operations require urgency, most of the cases when the devices are in trouble, but it requires few days to get support from Airdroid.
Does not work on Chromecast or AndroidTV in general Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We needed an MDM for managing Android Touch screen PCs that are operating as Kiosks. The interface is very easy to use. Very little training is necessary. We had an uncommon device that wasn't compatible. AirDroid got back to us quickly and an update is already on the way to support that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had no issues so there is nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the air droid i have been using it since a long time. And i use it to share data between my devices. Also it give nice web interface to interact with application. And remote connectivity feature is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing i don't like about the airdoird is that. While screen share feature it gets disconnected sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The online portal was much faster than the desktop application. My team and I were able to remote in to phones and help our travel team with issues and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The desktop portal was pretty slow when it came to remote controlling the phones. Other than that, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to assist employees with issues on devices they're not immediately comfortable with is an incredible value. I love the ability to provide remote assistance and troubleshoot without having to travel to the actual location where the device is present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On a few occasions, even with a very solid internet connection, Airdroid would struggle to connect to the user's device for troubleshooting. This could usually be remedied by a restart of the application, but still frustrating nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use and has a lot of built-in functions. You can customize a lot of stuff in the kiosk, and easy to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We found the phones enrolled sometimes jump out of the provision mode, it is not very fault-proof and stable. When rolling out an APK, you can not uninstall it and re-install back on partial of the phones in a group once it has been officially released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Functionality, user experience, price, and customer support are all spot on. It has almost all the features that most mainstream MDM solutions offer and at a much friendlier price point. They make managing and monitoring a large number of android devices a lot easier and straightforward, and also ensure our device and data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm quite happy with this solution so far but as far as I know there a few feature that only works well on certain android versions, so some limitations may apply depending on what devices and OS versions you're managing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
