its very user friendly even for beginner's. it has all the features most people look for. which in my case was the kios mode. it also allows you to have full administrative control over the devices you have registered. setup is super easy. i really enjoy the product. unlike other bigger companies, pricing is amazing for all the features it allows you to use. it is very user-friendly and easy to integrate with. we use it for our tablets on a daily basis. If you are looking for a staight forward and quick access mobile device manager, I will say get Airdroid Business. It made it fast and simple to get on board all our work machines on windows and android systems. Sending updates and restrictions for applications went easy setting up. I like it that Airdroid Business has easier access for remotely controlling and manage devices on windows or android. But there is however no support or intergration for iOS, only android and windows. It just works from any place and has all the team viewer and other important mobile device manager properties. Managing all in use devices securely from one location helps us run workflow smoothly with Airdroid. The over the air provisioning of apps and setting apps restrictions for compliance is easier through this MDM in comparison to others.
