It makes file management and sharing so simple that I can send my media and documents to clients without needing to explain anything to them. If I want to share a folder with someone in my organization, just copying and pasting the URL at the top doesn't automatically give them access, same when sharing with people outside the organization. I always need to click on the share button to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how seamless Air is when dealing with a lot of data. It makes finding the required asset quick and easy. The tagging system is a huge help for locating anything specific. I also appreciate the ability to review items by adding comments and highlighting stuff. The Premiere plugin is a big relief because it bypasses the need to go to the website first to search and grab data. I've found that it organizes data and streamlines the process so well that it helps in getting use out of assets that might otherwise go unused. The comparison feature is missing when we stack files, so we can't see how it looks side by side. I've already highlighted this with their team, so it might come in the future. The canvases could be more streamlined, and there's no option for selecting the time for video generation. I like that Air works great on desktop and mobile, and that the upload process is simple. The mobile app is user-friendly. I can’t use some functions in the mobile version the same way I do on desktop. For example, the three-dots “extra options” menu for adding elements to other boards isn’t available in the same way. I use Air for content organization and it really helps in viewing files fast which I appreciate. It's easy to collaborate on video editing, and enables one file to appear in multiple folders without creating duplicates, which is clever. I find it easy to navigate and the features are clever.
