I like being able to preview the videos without having to click into each one individually. The preview feature saves me time as I can hover over or click on a video to see what's inside. I think the concept of boards is kind of confusing. I don't understand how that compares against the folders. I also think the onboarding videos are too long. If I have a custom field filtered to select ALL of the options available in my custom fields, I wish there was the ability to select "is empty" rather than having to individually select every item available in a particular custom field. We utilize these for filtering by our specific glasses color names, and there are nearly 100 options available. Transitioning thousands of files can feel overwhelming. I tried to use the uploader by several folders from our previous DAM somehow got dumped into different Air boards than we intended. I had to take time to go through and re-organize them. I wish that you could set the boards to a default view of alphabetical order rather than "recently updated". One annoying issue with Air is that when a logged in user opens an Air link, it treats them as a non-logged in user until they've refreshed the page. Collaborators often ask me for access when they already have access but don't know they need to refresh the page after opening an Air link. Being able to restrict download access on certain files would be a helpful feature. Air helps me collaborate with clients. You can not only upload and organize complex material but also comment and discuss every part of it. Even metadata. I like the minimal interface and the ability to create libraries and workspaces. Also, you can easily provide your clients with specific links to upload files and to access the desired data. I have been using Air for a few years now for our design team to manage our assets and photography. I appreciate its visual-forward content management capabilities, especially as an alternative to Google Drive, which isn't media-friendly. The ease of accessing and viewing design assets and photographs is significantly enhanced with Air's visually appealing interface. One of the standout features is its robust search functionality, which allows me to quickly and efficiently find specific photography, such as searching for all images containing a phone. This feature helps immensely when matching photography to specific web page requirements. Additionally, the tagging feature is particularly useful for organizing and locating assets quickly. The price is too high. For all creative assets (video, design, photo, etc) the costs of storage here simply don't make sense. We're needing to use other services to manage certain assets which is not good for Air's use case. I wish it could act as a mounted storage space too.
