I really like how seamless Air is when dealing with a lot of data. It makes finding the required asset quick and easy. The tagging system is a huge help for locating anything specific. I also appreciate the ability to review items by adding comments and highlighting stuff. The Premiere plugin is a big relief because it bypasses the need to go to the website first to search and grab data. I've found that it organizes data and streamlines the process so well that it helps in getting use out of assets that might otherwise go unused. With multiple brands, Air has proved to work very well on a large scale and the setup was quite simple. Once it's set up, it works best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Air? The comparison feature is missing when we stack files, so we can't see how it looks side by side. I've already highlighted this with their team, so it might come in the future. The canvases could be more streamlined, and there's no option for selecting the time for video generation. I like being able to copy assets to different boards while only having to upload the file once. I like that Air works great on desktop and mobile, and that the upload process is simple. The mobile app is user-friendly. I love that on Air you can quickly scrub through a video without actually clicking into the file, and the initial setup was very simple and easy. For example, the three-dots “extra options” menu for adding elements to other boards isn’t available in the same way.
