## About Air
Air is an agent for creative tasks that supports digital asset management (DAM), creative operations, and creative production, helping creative and marketing teams understand, organize, and scale content, images and video alike, across every channel. It's built for two connected users inside the same organization: creative teams who produce and approve assets, and marketing teams who adapt and distribute that work everywhere it needs to go. Air combines a creative asset library, version and approval tracking, and an AI layer that understands what's in each file. It reads image content, video transcripts, and metadata to auto-tag and enrich assets as they're uploaded, so search works by what's actually in a file, not just its name or folder. That same layer scales approved work, resizing, reformatting, and generating variants for new use cases without recreating files from scratch. Every asset, version, and approval decision lives in one system, so new work draws on what's already approved, current, and intended. Common use cases include campaign asset management and distribution, product photography and imagery libraries, video review and finishing (transcription, captioning, time-range comments, and clipping), creative review and approval workflows, and adapting existing assets for channels like paid social, email, and retail. Key capabilities: Content understanding and search — assets are automatically tagged and enriched using AI, including video transcripts and visual content, so files can be located by what's in them rather than where they're stored. Version and approval tracking — every revision, feedback round, and sign-off is recorded, giving teams one record of what's current and approved. Asset adaptation and scaling — approved assets can be resized, reformatted, or adapted into new variants for different channels and formats. Video review and production — time-range comments, AI-generated transcripts and captions, and clip extraction support reviewing and finishing video alongside images. Cross-team context and integrations — creative and marketing teams work from the same asset library, approval history, and decision record, with native integrations like Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Shopify, Sanity, and more keeping files in sync with existing workflows. Founded in 2017, Air is used by 3,000 teams including Warby Parker, Ramp, and Sweetgreen, across industries such as ecommerce, consumer goods, sports, media, and agencies. Organizations typically adopt Air to consolidate cloud storage, video review and approval tools, and AI creative production into one system for managing creative assets from creation through distribution.

## Air Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Creative Asset Management with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelcie N. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love Air's searchability and its easy interface. It's a much better solution for our digital asset management system, and it's really user-friendly for everyone — from accountants to marketers to creatives.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

We don't put all of our layered MEC files up on Air or any of our video files because they're so heavy. We still use Dropbox for that since it provides about two terabytes of storage, whereas we're only using Air for about five gigabytes.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Air to save time by centralizing asset distribution, eliminating the need to email assets individually. It's a self-service hub that anyone can access easily.

 ### 2. Streamlined Asset Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I appreciate that Air's UI is pleasant, making it easier to get my team to actually use the software since bad UI often means good features go unused. The feature set is constantly growing, which never makes it feel stagnant. I love a lot of the features, especially version stacking, auto-tagging, and multi-board listings. Even when there's a feature I want but isn't available, I can request it and feel assured that my request will actually be seen and considered. The initial setup was great and easy because we decided to build out Air for assets going forward instead of migrating everything.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think having previews for more file types like 3D models would be great.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Air improves search-ability and handles duplicates much better than Google Drive, making it easier for me to manage my photo library.

 ### 3. Smooth Onboarding, Powerful AI Search, and Rock-Solid File Links

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

The AIR search features are useful. The file links are unbreakable, and the face recognition works well. The AI intelligence also works well for search functionality. The onboarding process was surprisingly easy, and the platform’s performance runs smoothly without glitches. We’re currently integrating this platform across all elements of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Currently, the Canvas feature doesn’t work as well as we’d hoped. It would be much better if it could function as a shared workspace, so everyone can collaborate in the same place.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hopefully the CDN link issue gets resolved, especially when updating the file but the link remains the same.

 ### 4. Easy File Organization with Smooth Integrations

**Reviewed by:** Tori I. | video editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

It’s easy to organize all kinds of files, and it connects smoothly with different programs. It loads things quickly and the search tool is very helpful. Also appreciate their AI tagging and the support team is always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Integrating into my workflows has been difficult. I need more examples of how others use it successfully.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's presenting a unique set of visuals that typical folders don't show me. I like the collage concept... of my stuff where pinterest is of anyones stuff.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

Clean organization and AI tagging for easy search. It's easy to integrate all of our content creators into one location for ease of use. Another thing is that it's extremely fast and efficient to use.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like to be able to apply filters within boards and sub-boards, which I cannot do. This is only achievable in the main "Search" tab.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not necessarily a problem but we are able to house all of our content in one place super easily without sharing dozens or hundreds of links at an insane price.

 ### 9. Streamlined Team Collaboration with Ease

As someone who works in a large team, Air makes it easier to share content across and organize them effectively. The initial setup was pretty easy, and once guided we could start using it instantly.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the interface while it is easy to use, I can see minor improvements in the UI to make it easier for a first-time user.

I use Air for content archiving and organization, improving workflow with my team by making it easier to share content and organize it effectively. Its accessibility and ease of use are valuable for managing a large team.

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how easy it is to create new folders and organize my assets. It’s also easy to find what I’m looking for.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It’s difficult to find all the features Air offers. I feel like it’s almost impossible to reach its full potential because it’s hard to discover what else I could use it for beyond cloud storage.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me free up storage space on my phone. I can upload any work-related content to Air, which makes it easier to keep a better work-life balance while still using my personal phone.

 ### 11. Streamlined Collaboration with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lacee T. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I can easily upload UGC content and mark usage details so other teams may seamlessly access it. I love the interface and how easy it is to find what I need. I don't have to waste time searching around and the search functionality works great when I want to find photos with a specific product or subject. Setting up Air was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I do wish that you could add a specific usage expiration date rather than having to manually note it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to easily upload and manage UGC content, making it accessible for my team. The user-friendly interface and search functionality save me time, helping me find content quickly.

 ### 12. Effortlessly Streamlines Asset Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

The feature I love most about Air is that I don't have to open 1,700 SharePoint video files to find a clip. I can scroll over videos in Air and see what is included in each video, which allows me to do my job faster. I also love Air's easy use and the ability to share links with other business stakeholders and our agency to get content quicker.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would love to see facial recognition applied to videos as well as photos, but I think that's on their road map.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps us easily share testimonials and user-generated content, avoiding the laborious process of opening numerous SharePoint files. I love being able to scroll through videos quickly and share links with stakeholders and agencies for faster access to content.

 ### 13. User-Friendly and Makes External Reviews Easy

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I have used other platforms and Air is perfect for me.

The presentation of our docs and media is much more refined with air

 ### 14. Easy to use, helpful for organization and multiple projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ashley a. | SR. BRAND MARKETING MNGR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

user friendly, ability to search for images easily and share links.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Not able to drag folders from board to board, having to download and re-load. Downlaoding multiple files takes a long time, within multiple zips.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibility of assets for internal and external teams, helps distribution and organization not using an internal server.

**Official Response from Alfonso Yap:**

> Hi there! Thank you for your positive feedback about Air being user-friendly and helpful for organizing assets and multiple projects. We're pleased to hear that you find it easy to search for images and share links. We understand your concerns about the limitations of dragging folders between boards and the time it takes to download multiple files. Your input is valuable to us and we will consider it for future enhancements.

 ### 15. Air’s Easy-to-Use, Customizable Boards Make Work Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick S. | Director Audio/Video Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

What I like best about Air is the ease of use and the layout of 'boards' and their ability to be customized per user.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The downsides of Air are that, like any new program, but especially with a DAM, there is a learning curve and a period of time where some stakeholders have to be won over to the new system. Thankfully with the Air team we have been able to make a smooth transition and they have given us an a mple timeline to do so.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is solving the problem of getting easy access to assets to our Sales and Creative Departments and made it simple for them to locate assets, approve assets and share assets with internal teams but more importantly, with external clients.

**What do you like best about Air?**

The AI-generated tags and descriptions added to our photos significantly reduce the time our team spends maintaining our library.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Air is a growing platform, and there are some features that you would expect in a platform like this, but are missing for no apparent reason. Primarily around metadata, and the options they give for modifiying this crucial information.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is solving the concerns we had around the time required to manually tag and sort all of our photo and video assets into a usable library.

 ### 17. Effortless Content Sharing and Version Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for sharing content and maintaining a repository. I find the drag and drop feature very easy to use, and it makes downloading and sharing versions much simpler. I also like being able to download in a zip format and find downloading content and sharing versions particularly effective. The initial setup of Air was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think Air could use a phone app. Having an app available on the App Store would make it easier to download content directly to my phone.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air for sharing content and maintaining a repo. It's very easy with drag and drop, making it much easier to download and share versions, especially liking the ability to download in zip.

 ### 18. Versatile Asset Management with Room for Search Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like that I'm able to use Air both internally and externally because it's a tool for our internal needs, and we don't need a separate software to interact with partners. It's pretty user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The search feature is not my favorite. You have to know the exact title or assets can be hard to find.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air keeps all my creative assets in one place and lets me use it both internally and externally, so I don't need separate software to interact with partners.

I like that Air is very easy to use and helps me find things easily. It stores all of my photos without me having to save them on my phone. I also appreciate that it's extremely easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The video tagging could be better. I would love if it was more similar to photos where I don't have to manually tag all of my videos.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air allows me to quickly find all of my content and search for it without having to tag it myself.

**Official Response from Alfonso Yap:**

 ### 24. Revolutionized Our Content Management and Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Sr. Manager, Owned Content and Influencer Marketing , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love that with Air, we can share content with third parties without giving them access to the platform, which makes it really easy to create content packages for content creators to download. We can also share internally with our marketing teams and create segmented libraries for different business areas, organized by ship, content type, or amenity type. This flexibility really provides options for anyone in our department or other departments at NCL. I also love the ability to tag and quickly search through content in our library, and it's available at an amazing price point. The search tool capabilities are outstanding, especially the AI tool that helps us search for specific photos, making it easy to find and organize content. Setting up was smooth, thanks to onboarding calls with the Air team, helping us with tagging and organizing content. Air is intuitive and does everything we need without being overly complicated, allowing us to edit, version edits, and comment on timestamps directly in the platform, which makes collaboration so much easier. We just absolutely love it.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

At this time, I can’t think of anything that I don’t like about the platform. Our team has been able to utilize all of its capabilities and it’s sped up our processes internally tenfold.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to organize, share, and edit all our social content, UGC, and creator content. It simplifies sharing with third parties without platform access, enables segmented libraries for different business areas, and offers quick search capabilities, making content management easy and efficient.

 ### 25. Streamlines Asset Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I think the manual AI tags are really cool. I'm really excited to be able to search by a product and filter the assets that way, which will save a lot of time compared to before, where I had to spend a lot of time scrolling through and finding the exact assets needed. This efficiency in organizing assets by sub board and tagging them for easy finding once we have everything in place is going to be super valuable. The tool keeps everything organized, and now with Air, we can have all our assets in one space, eliminating the fear of losing things. Importing assets from Drive and Dropbox was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish the AI tagging was a bit smarter and more intuitive at the start. It's tricky to go through thousands of assets and manually tag them, trying to make the AI learn and auto-tag new things. The initial front-loading work is a bit challenging.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to organize all our client assets, keeping everything in one space, so we avoid losing things or managing links. The manual AI tags are promising, allowing easy asset searching, which saves time and improves efficiency on the creative briefing side.

 ### 26. Effortlessly Manages Content with Powerful AI Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really like Air for its ability to organize tons of images and videos, which is crucial for my job. The AI tagging feature is amazing because it allows me to find any image without knowing the exact file name or location. Probably the AI capabilities within search are what I like most, as they've saved me so much time. I can simply search for content like 'tomato' and instantly see every image and video related to tomatoes, instead of manually searching through folders. Switching was easy with setting up Air and moving everything from Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the AI search still isn't as specific and technical as I'd like it to be. I really would like to see automatic video clipping based on searched content. I'd like Air to give me a ready-made clips for download.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps organize vast amounts of images and videos and excels at AI tagging, allowing me to find any image without knowing the exact file name or location. This saves me so much time, especially in searching for product-specific content.

 ### 27. Intuitive Image Management with Powerful Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella F. | Junior Designer

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for managing images for our small hotel, and I really prefer it over Google Drive for this purpose. It's specifically catered to photo and video storage and organization, making it much easier to use. I like the ability to create folders and subfolders, which keeps everything super organized. The feature that allows me to quickly search for specific words like 'cocktail' to instantly find a related image is really handy. The AI search feature, although it could use some improvement, is something I think is valuable. Overall, Air feels more user-friendly compared to other tools, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the AI search feature could be slightly improved to recognize more images. Sometimes it misses things, like when searching for steak, it won't show all steak photos. It just needs to get better at object recognition.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to manage images for our hotel. It’s great for organizing photos in albums and searching for specific images. It's more user-friendly and better for photo storage and organization than Google Drive.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mainly organization, allowing all the files to have a designated cloud area

Sometimes it can take a while to load the webpages.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work at a large nonprofit with multiple enterprises. Air helps me to categorize photos into folders for each enterprise, and separate those out by marketing materials, event photos, etc.

 ### 30. Effortless Creative File Management with Air

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AMBER M. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for organizing creative files. I appreciate how it helps to keep files very organized, easily accessible, and very searchable. I like that we can add custom fields to creative, which makes it really easy to filter and search what you need. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. We switched to Air from Google Drive because it offers more capacity, easier filtering and searching features, and better visual organization.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like to be able to share a link from a custom search inquiry and I haven't found a way to do that yet. I would like to be able to search a certain characteristic, for example, and then send a link to everything that got filtered to our creative teams.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air for organizing creative files, keeping them very organized, easily accessible, and very searchable.

 ### 31. A must have for efficient media organization.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

The search function with tags is incredibly helpful in organizing content. But my favorite is being able to search by image!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central place to store content for the entire team. The shareable links, the ability to comment on the content to share with everyone.. It makes it so easy and efficient to complete deliverables.

 ### 32. Visual-First Browsing with Helpful AI Tags for Finding the Right Image Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

Very visual-forward, I like being able to see really large images. That is super helpful. Being a graphic designer, I'm often on the hunt for the "right" image to use, so being able to see things quickly and find things quickly is key. We have lots of tags that our team adds manually, but I've found myself using the ai generated ones like "car" when I need some cool atmospherics that we didn't specifically tag or shoot for.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It can be slow, or occasionally the ai tags aren't as helpful as I'd like.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's organizing my company's thousands of images into helpful, logical folders that make it easy for me to look through a look-book style catalog and find what I need. This saves me a lot of time and mental energy, as I can focus on designing instead of hunting.

 ### 33. Integration Facilitates Our Video Flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renato F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like your plugin for Premiere.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I don't like how the metadata is organized to find specific videos, and I'm also not convinced by the way the footage is organized within Premiere with the plugin.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Air solves the problem of having to store all the footage on a flash drive and makes it easier to manage footage in the cloud.

 ### 34. Simple, Easy-to-Use UI with Impressive Upload and Processing Speeds

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

It's simple and easy to use. The UI is fairly easy to navigate and the upload and processing speed is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It’s pricey to add more storage space unless you’re okay with moving things into cold storage.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been very helpful for our company in managing assets and integrating with the various other tools we use across different departments and teams.

 ### 35. Makes Staying Organized Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love that it is so customizable and easy to stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I don't love how it automatically updates the cover photo of different folders when you upload something new. I wish there was more AI too.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been so helpful in organizing our diverse portfolio of assets. Also nice to be able to just share a link with clients.

 ### 36. Great for Organization, Needs Better Search Functionality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean P. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really appreciate how Air facilitates file management for graphic designers like me. It remarkably helps in organizing and viewing images and other files crucial for product development, ensuring everything stays efficiently allocated and orderly. What I like most about Air is the sharing function, which is exceptionally easy to use. It allows seamless sharing of files with third parties or external individuals who are not part of my company. This feature significantly enhances collaboration and communication, especially when dealing with external clients or collaborators.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I find it hard to use the search functionality in Air. I wish it was more streamlined, allowing me to not only find files but also show their exact location within subboards or folders. Currently, it only shows the image or file, but not where it is located, making it difficult to organize effectively.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to organize and access images and files efficiently, enhancing my workflow as a graphic designer. It simplifies sharing files with external parties easily.

 ### 37. Easy to use, everyone loves it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen G. | Project Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air makes it so easy to organinze your photos. We transitioned from Cumulus which wasn't very user friendly - feedback our department received from other departments. Now, we have a full library that we can organzine by boards and sub boards. It's turned our photo catalog into a very easy tool for our entire campus.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I haven't seen anything about AIR - to date - that I haven't liked.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIR allows us to easily organize thousands of photos by main catagories. Then we can further identify catagories by having subboards under each catagory. The upload process is seamless and quick which saves us a lot of time. I love the collection board feature. This allows us to share specific boards with the individuals that need to see it, by sending a link to the board. The whole system is easy to use.
I love that we can send external links to our student photographers as well as professional photographers and they can upload their final photos into AIR...again a time saver for me.

 ### 38. Great Platform for Organizing and Sharing Assets

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air helps me organize and share assets easier than any platform before. I have used Frame, Dropbox, Box, and I like Air the best.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

UI is not easy to learn, and not great resources on how to learn proper navigation and tools.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIR is making it way easier for me to share assets with my team and externally.

 ### 39. An important platform for content management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Y. | Product Design | No Code, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like that we can arrange all the files in different folders like we do in windows which is very user friendly and similar design trait. The minimal design keeps everything easy to grasp and navigate through loads of data and content.
something i find useful is the option to view image files in low size mode to retain the speed of the app while giving option to see it in HQ. Overall i like the platform

**What do you dislike about Air?**

while going through images there's a lag in between image change
i mean you went to new image and still u see the old image for few second, air can improve this maybe, i know it's tough to optimize for such large sizes. but that's one of the things i find odd.
No preview for some files like the one uploaded by 360 cam or some file formats.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So we are a design agency and natually we have loads of content like image videos so the air basically helps us to arrange everything and keeping evrything we make or handover.
Problem Solved: The easy navigation from a pile of projects

 ### 40. Air Keeps All Our Assets in One Place, Feedback Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really love how Air keeps all my assets in one place and makes it easy to leave feedback.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

None that I can think of at the moment. Overall, it’s a great tool.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air makes it easy to organize and upload assets, search for what you need, and leave clear feedback for collaborators and video editors.

 ### 41. Streamlined Asset Management with Air

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastien K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like that I can organize subboards within boards, and I can tag images with certain keywords, making it easier to search for them. The varying export settings are great, allowing me to download either a full-size image or a scaled-down image with a lower file size for different applications. The organizational structure saves me time by reducing the amount of time I need to search for something or optimize an image in another program.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Nothing

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air provides a centralized spot for all our assets, which can be accessed org-wide. It makes searching and organizing easy, saving us a lot of time. I can tag images for easy search and use various export settings, reducing time optimizing images in other programs.

 ### 42. Simplified Asset Management with Easy Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for asset management, and I like that it keeps things organized, allowing clients to review and team members to access all files remotely. I appreciate being able to stack the versions of projects for easy reviewing, which makes the review process easy and organized. It's also easy to cross-reference old versions of a document. Additionally, Air is a better-organized platform that makes it easier to manage and download files. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like to be able to delete a version in a version stack.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air keeps our asset management organized, facilitates remote access for clients and team members, and makes it easy to stack and review versions of projects. The platform is better organized and simpler for managing and downloading files compared to our previous solution.

 ### 43. Effortless Asset Management with Powerful AI Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how simple Air is. It has the features we need and isn't bogged down with extras we don't need. The AI search is great and makes it easy to find assets using rough terms. I also appreciate that the no-duplicate files feature is nice for managing our images. It's helpful that we can have multiple versions of an asset live as versions instead of actual files, which streamlines how we use our creative assets. The initial setup was fairly easy, and even though we're still transferring files, the process remains simple.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Nothing in the few months we've used it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps manage creative assets with features like AI search and no-duplicate files. These solve issues of missing assets with searchable tags and simplify version control by consolidating multiple versions as non-duplicate files.

 ### 44. Easy Content Management for a growing org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aiyoko I. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

Being able to search our content library based on tags or general inquiries (color featured, images or video featuring a person or animal, a physical material or texture featured in content) has made our content team's life a lot easier.
It's easy to organize and tag, and you don't have to deal with doubling up on storage space if you want your content to live in multiple folders.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The pricing is a little rough. If you're a freelancer, $300/month is a steep price for 1 seat.
Adding seats seems a little too easy. Even without Admin login, we've had people in our org sign into air with their work email and it creates a new seat which adds another $300/month to our invoices.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Google Drive before and ran into storage issues and it was not easy to search for content containing various key words

**Official Response from Alfonso Yap:**

> Hi Aiyoko! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Air's content organization and search capabilities. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding pricing and unauthorized seat creation. We'll work on addressing these issues to provide a better experience for our users.

 ### 45. Excellent Asset Organization and Search, But Workflow Automation Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker K. | Marketing and IT coordinated, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really appreciate being able to keep all my assets organized in one place, making them easy to find whenever I need them. The most convenient feature is its powerful search function, which seems to understand exactly what I'm looking for based on the description I provide.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would really like to see an option for internal functions within workflows. For example, if I label an item as red, I want it to automatically appear wherever I want all 'red' tagged items to be displayed. Additionally, I wish the AI could be trained to recognize products or items that are specific to what I use, so it could generate descriptions tailored to those products using its trained AI capabilities.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all assets gathered in one location makes them easy to find and download. The convenience of accessing everything in a single place really streamlines the process.

 ### 46. Intuitive Media Hub with Outstanding Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I think the user interface of Air is very easy and intuitive. Even someone who hadn't really used the back end of the platform before can easily create different folders and organizational elements and figure out how to upload. That makes it super easy. The easy searchability of it is also a great component.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Some elements are not as intuitive, like metadata tagging, and those kinds of elements. It would be helpful to maybe be trained on those. Also, I haven't really had much access to the new AI elements of the platform.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air provides a neat and clean way to store and sort assets, serving as a centralized hub for photos and videos. It's much cleaner than using Google Drive, making it easier to organize and search for items.

 ### 47. Clean & Easy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really enjoy the buttery smooth navigation, I can find any of our assets in a flash. Plus the amount of updates and support they keep pumping out is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Sometimes when leaving my tab open the page the entire page will break, but its a simple refresh.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital asset organization

 ### 48. Excellent Search, Organization, and a User-Friendly UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

Excellent search functionality and organization. The UI is also very user friendly. Also appreciate the roadmap visibility.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Figma integration is less than impressive. Would love support for carousel (social) posts as well.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, cross-functional visibility, versioning. Allows for multiple teams to easily search and access relevant materials from Air.

 ### 49. Streamlined Asset Management for Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Growth Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how Air saves me a lot of time by not having to spend hours finding my creative assets. It's great that I can quickly return to my actual job of being a creative marketer instead of searching for files. I also find the app really nice; the UI is very fast, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think Air is pretty great for us. There's really nothing that I think could be improved or could be better. Maybe if there was an integration with LinkedIn ads, so I could look at ad performance tied to my creative inside of Air.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air saves me time by managing and organizing creative assets easily, centralizing images and videos. It improves searching by color or tags, taming chaos. It simplifies organization and searchability, unlike Google Drive, which was a nightmare for file management.

 ### 50. Intuitive UI Makes Asset Tracking and Search Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

The User Interface !!! It's very easy to see all out our assets and search !

**What do you dislike about Air?**

What I disliked the most was the user licensing, that has since been fixed !

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of a DAM. Ability to store assets and approved logos with internal and external users.
