AIMS gives processing matrices - transactions and volume count without adding overhead on the BizTalk Platform, a key feature considering the very high number of transactions.

"Fast time-to-value for those interested in pure AIOps"

What do you like best about AIMS?

The setup of AIMS is very fast when connecting to cloud environments. The hand-off approach of algorithms working in the background (without having to tweaks models or bounds) is functioning quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Detecting behavioral patterns in the IT infrastructure to make more educated decisions regarding how we can scale our operations. We use AIMS as a primary tool after change cycles to identify anomalies that might require investigation. We use the AIMS platform especially for our own lab environments. What do you like best about AIMS?

Fast and pain-free setup, great dashboard and reporting capabilities, deep insight into the operational metrics of both software systems and infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navigation could use some rethinking. The new user interface they're currently working on seems to be much better though. Also, even though AIMS provides some basic support for event logs, there is a lot that could be done with it further to turn this into the ultimate diagnostics tool. Indeed, as you mentioned we are re-working our UI with completely new workflows, but we always appreciate client feedback for further improvements :) we know we can always improve on this based on different user scenarios.

On the topic of event logs, there will be a massive upgrade in approx 1 year where we will include a generic NLP engine for events. This engine will provide the same value as we do today on metrics, meaning anomaly detection and forecasting on pure event logs. We will then have two engines (metrics / event logs) that can run in parallel or standalone.

Thank you for providing the feedback on the remote management option. This is what we like to call admin capabilities, where a user can control config / status of the system / application monitored. By choice, we have not implemented this, as all our agents are read-only based and do not accept input. For many of our clients, this has been essential when it comes to security. The core focus of AIMS is monitoring and to provide insight on where to take action.
